Moisture stains on the wall, old toothpaste stains on the bathroom counter and hair in the bed. Room had clearly been poorly (not) cleaned. Disappointing

excellent location in the centre of Sapa, easy walking distance to lake and places of interest. Very nice rooms, large and with large windows, good breakfast, very helpful staff, fast laundry service the hotel does not have an elevator but the staff helped carry up our luggage

Wonderful location, super kind staff, great breakfast. Very clean and spacious. Excellent hot water shower with great water pressure. Very clean and a late check out was possible. Love everything.

We arrived early and they let us stay at the holding area before we could check in to our rooms. ?

Excellent breakfast options, really friendly staff made a great environment. There was quite a bit of mould on the ceiling and on the decorative cushions, I think a common issue in the climate in Sapa. The bed was quite hard.

Comfortable, quiet at night, good choice for breakfast. Booked ongoing tickets for me. I stayed in a few different places in and around Sapa. I wouldn’t have wanted to only stay here, but it worked well for a couple of nights

Liked location, didn’t like there was no lift. But rest was really good. Fab to be 4 minutes away from bus stop.
