From the hotel, you can walk to the Moana and Sapa Plaza. You can see a beautiful mountain view while eating breakfasts. The laundry service is way expensive.

Beautiful view, great location. Clean, spacious room It was very noisy. Roosters crowing all night. Echoing hall, noise from restaurant in the morning.

Location! Breakfast was lackluster, food wasn’t replenished quickly. The toilet in our room seemed to be leaking and leaving a foul odour. We had to keep the bathroom closed, staff were unhelpful or didn’t understand. most likely just our room

The room was cold as it was located under the ground without window therefore may be was cold. The breakfast was served cold and could have been better.

Clean They have unnecessary charged for coffee in the room and laundry bags which is surprising given that these are usually free

The staff respond quickly and are very friendly. The room is clean the bed so comfy. The location is excellent—very close to a supermarket, cafés, and restaurants. Great value for money

Room and bathroom size were excellent. Super big bed for comfy TV nights. Staff were attentive. They gave us a lovely mountain view room upon request. The view would have been great but it was very cloudy weather whilst we were there. They brought us a floor heater which was a life saver in the cooler weather. Near to bars and restaurants Breakfast needs serious improvement, so little was edible. Tea and coffee were lukewarm. When the weather is cold, please close the main door and light that lovely fire!

The location was great. Easy to walk anywhere. Phenomenal mountain view from our room. Amazing staff. The breakfast was wonderful! They had a wide selection of vietnamese and other Asian breakfast items as well as european and American choices. They had a wonder omelet station, vegan options, pho station, pastries, hot and cold beverages. The were extremely attentive. Mau hang and lang were always ready to assist. The front desk staff were awesome too! Many thanks to Mai Anh, Thu, and Hoang for taking care of all of our needs!

* View from the Dining Room is amazing, facing beautiful mountains * Breakfast is good but can be improved in variety & quality * Reception is friendly & welcoming * Strategic location, just 7 minutes from the city center & surrounded by restaurants & shops * Our room is located in Level 3 & on the end of the building therefore we have emergency stair in front of our balcony so the view is destructed. FYI the Lobby is located on Level 5. * The road where the hotel located in one way direction. Better to stop nearby the hotel if you catch a taxi to avoid longer route.

Everything was great except that the food order was mixed up during dinner.. Ordered salmon during dinner and got beef instead. You are better off eating dinner somewhere else.

The location is very convenient very close to the city center, sun plaza, a mini mart, restaurant, coffee shop, and bar. The room was great exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, and great views. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were good as well. The staff and the owner were really great and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, will definitely stay here again when we go back to Sapa. The air conditioning unit in our room wasn’t functioning properly. The room was cold enough but if like us you like the room really cold it was not enough. We informed the staff and they said they would fix it for next time.

It took a while for the staff to deliver a few drinks we ordered but overall it was a good place.

I love its location! It’s close to town and shops nearby. Plus it has a wonderful mountain view. The room was clean and the staff were super nice!
