Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and the room quality met my expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the location is slightly further out compared to downtown hotels, it isn't inconvenient at all—it's just a 7 to 8-minute walk along a short hill path to get to and from the city center, which is completely manageable. On top of that, the rates are cheaper than central hotels, offering great value for money. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome stay at Maison. The property is charming, our room with a balcony had a great view, the breakfast was good, and the staff was outstanding! Everyone we interacted with was great, but Moon and Tina went above and beyond. Moon even let me borrow her scooter when I realized that I left my water bottle on our overnight bus!

Staying here was honestly one of my highlights of Sapa. I had a pretty poor experience my first night in a different accommodation, and when I found Maison de Sapa and checked in, my whole experience of Sapa changed. The staff are so lovely, and helpful. There are excellent facilities, the rooms are big and comfortable and very cute decor. This has been one of my favorite stays in all of Vietnam! They can also help you arrange any trekking tours/guides. Breakfast is great, location is good as its on the edge of town, so mostly quiet but a short walk into town for food etc. The ONLY thing I would suggest is shower screens so the bathroom floor doesn't get saturated after showering, but i cannot fault anything else.

The most comfortable bed in Vietnam! This is a cozy place where you just want to hang out. It’s walkable to town and is quiet at night. The breakfast was very good and they also make coffee to purchase tha are extremely good. I would stay here again. Nothing

Nhu and Moon from reception were wonderful. Welcoming us and remembering us every time we walked in the door, helpful with suggestions for where to eat, what to see, got our laundry done for us well, inexpensively, and quickly, and even planned the best tour for us through Whatsapp before we even arrived. They were wonderful.

Quaint big house. Well located. Affordable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Nhu helped me book the tickets for Fansipan.
