Staff was very very friendly. Our bus to Hanoi departed without us (7.30) and we came back to hotel after checkout. Our room wasn’t cleaned yet and we got access to have 2h more sleep before next bus (11.00). Woman on reception was very kind and friendly!

We were allowed to come into our room early because they realized that we were exhausted from the long journey by train from Hanoi to Sapa. We appreciated so much that they arranged it well. We had a good stay here. The room was also lovely and dark enough at night. We sleep very well then. The lobby was pretty small. It was also noisy when tourist groups had breakfast together at the same time. Breakfast was a little poor, but it tasted good. Sometimes they didn't fill in some desserts.

The location is perfect and very clean. The staff are friendly and very hospitable. Great hotel to stay in Sapa.

Very much The atmosfer, staff and cleanliness

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here with our large family group. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Sapa Station. There is also a shortcut route with many local vendors selling traditional souvenirs and handicrafts, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Vinh, who always seemed to be available whenever we needed assistance ?. His hospitality made us feel very welcome. The laundry service was clean and professionally handled. Although slightly more expensive than other places, they separate light and dark clothing during washing, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has a spacious restaurant area that can be used for dining or simply relaxing with family and friends. Our room was large and comfortable, making it perfect for families. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children in a room with two large queen beds, and there was still plenty of space for everyone. Overall, everyone in our group was very satisfied and felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again when visiting Sapa. Nothing. We had a wonderful stay and genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our experience. The location, staff, room comfort, facilities, and overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. Our entire group felt very comfortable throughout our 3-night stay, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Sapa.

We spent 2 nights here, there were 4 of us and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are so kind and friendly and always ready to assist with our request. The location is within walking distance to the center of Sapa. We are so happy during our stay here and were always excited with their breakfast menu! It was perfect! I’d love to stay here again next time ?

We were surprised to be asked to pay an extra 250,000 VND per night for our child when we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM after a 7-hour trip. According to the receptionist, the hotel had changed its policy effective June 5, 2026. We were given two options: cancel our Booking.com reservation and check in directly with the hotel at the same rate, or keep the Booking.com reservation and pay an additional 500,000 VND for our entire stay. Naturally, we chose the option that was less inconvenient. We were also instructed to reply to Booking.com stating that we had never stayed at the hotel so that our reservation could be marked as a “no-show.” Aside from that, the room we were assigned had an AC problem. We spent the first night without AC. We could not leave the windows open because the rooster next to the hotel was very noisy, and there were also insects outside. We tried calling the lobby, but there was no telephone in the room. When we went to the reception area at around 11:45 PM, there was no staff member present, and the reception lights were turned off. We were eventually moved to another room at around 10:00 AM the following day.

Early evening traffic noise was noticeable but by 9:30 pm it was over.

Amazing family run boutique style hotel. We were well taken care of by Ms. Autumn at the reception upon our arrival. Since we took the overnight bus from Hanoi to Sapa, we arrived around 6 am at the hotel. But the staff were very friendly and very polite and helpful and made us comfortable and offered fresh juices and tea and coffee . They provided a space to change and freshen up so that we could immediately go out exploring and to visit Moana Cafe and then to Fansipan tour. They assured us of an early check-in and said our room would be ready to use by 10 am which was fantastic. We returned after our tour to Fansipan by around 11 am and Autumn was very nice and friendly and guided us with the check-in formalities and then took us to our room and said we should contact her directly if we need any further assistance or information during our stay. All in all a perfect place to camp for a couple of days as it is a central location and everything worth seeing is within walking distance. The steep incline to reach the hotel from the Sun Plaza Sapa Station.

Location is the good , many hidden gem restaurant ans massage place around the area ! The staff is very nice and helpful Just the chicken farm beside the hotel . The roasters start making noise around 4:30am
