Amazing Hotel Sapa

Amazing location, great value and excellent food! All was amazing

I like the location -- very accessible to everything and near the Sapa station. The staff are very helpful especially Mr. Tuan. He is so accommodating, proactive to our neefs and friendly. We initially booked a family suite but was upgraded to a corner room with a balcony to enjoy the spectacular view. The room is spacious and the hotel lobby feels so welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices that will suit to everybody's taste in your party. There is nothing that I don't like.

Bathroom sink and shower not functioning properly. There was construction in the 7th floor and due to this, was inconvenient to use the pool.

Beautiful hotel. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Excellent mountain view. Excellent breakfast.

Good location, very clean, quiet

The staff were very helpful - they were kind to WhatsApp me mid-stay to check that we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. They were also very accommodating to allow us to take some breakfast away in a box for our train journey back to Hanoi. The room was comfortable and location was great. We stayed in Room 319 and were awoken by the scraping of chairs downstairs during breakfast and was quite surprised at how loud we could hear it 2 floors up. This is the only thing that stopped us scoring our stay a 10.

The location was great . Out of the main traffic and amazing view. Try to book the 6th floor its close to observation desk. They had a good breakfast . I would stay there again for sure. It was hard to find anything wrong . Here is what i came up with.The bed was 2 dubble beds pushed together.there was that crach in the middle. They had tubs not walk in showers . The inside of the tub was not even with the bathroom floor.

Location! Staff were nice and helpful. Delicious warm ginger tea on arrival. Umbrella in room was useful navigating the wet weather. Many lounges in the lobby and clean “public” bathroom which were useful for early arrival/late departure. Poor noise insulation. Could hear the plumbing and items being dropped on the floors above. Bed was a bit softer than preferred.

The location was very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff service was exceptional. Thanks to Kim, hotel staff who put extra effort on helping us with many things. Will definitely stay again here when we revisit Sapa in the future and will recommend to friends this hotel. The hotel pool was not kept well. Put some indoor plants to make the place look fresh.

Good and friendly service, Staff can speak English. Great breakfast spread comes with room. Easy access, convenient and good restaurants in town. Walking distance to city centre, Sun Plaza, Ham Rong park, Moana, Cat Cat village and had a great view of the terrace paddy field valley. We can see Fansipan from our room window. Hotel also has a spa and massage in B3 called Lavendar Spa. We did the full body massage and it was good and inexpensive. Must try. Nil

We loved everything about this hotel. It was beautifully clean, well presented, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was my birthday whilst we stayed and they made a special touch of sending a cake and candles to our room with a card. Those little touches when you’re a long way from home make all the difference.

Excellent hotel

Perfect location. Very clean The front office staff was busier talking amongst themselves than serving the customer. The restaurant service was impeccable.

It was worthy of a 4-star hotel, even to European standards, I would say. Location, service, rooms, cleanness, everything great ? The facility is also pretty modern, which is nice. You got a very decent bathroom in the rooms, and the breakfast caters to every taste. Also, the best spa I visited in Vietnam is so far. I give only a 9 and not a 10 because the rooftop pool was a bit disappointing. It looked a little run down, and the bar on the rooftop was pretty lifeless, which is sad given the stunning view. The gym that was advertised was also closed.

Good location and clean. Ms cho was very helpful and pleasant at the stay. Facilities could have been better for the cold weather.

Clean Room, very “Attentive Staff”, lovely views from the Room & also from our Breakfast Dining area, Omelettes were Delicious. Balcony you could dine with superb views. Lovely Staff member “Bich” helped taking photos, & couldn’t do enough for us including providing us with our favourite Black Tea ! Also Special Thanks to Tiget. Room Cleaning Supervisor that found ties to wrap up our overzealous shopping & helped us to tie up everything to fit into our Bags before checking out ! ? Very Caring Team of Staff ???? Nothing Really Negative to say. All in All we agreed my Friend & I would come back & stay here . We also checked out a couple of other Hotels in town & found them not up to the Standard of Anazing Hotel !!

I arrived the wrong time of year , when the mist lifted you have an amazing view , the room was large , it also had a bath , the aircon soon heated up the room , breakfast was good , I also had a massage which was very good, I would like to return to the hotel in the summer

Very central location. Very kind and helpful staff. They even let us use the pool area a day after we checked out. Recommend.
