The location is excellent! But what really made our stay so great was the amazing, wonderful service we received from the incredible Ruby, she truly looked after our well-being, helped us with everything we needed, and made us feel like VIPs :) service like this is simply one of a kind! -

The location was ok, just a short walk from the sun world plaza which is nice if you want to go in person to ask about the cloud conditions on Fansipan, but it seemed to be difficult for grabs to access. The value was decent, and the staff were exceedingly kind and helpful, adding free breakfast to our stay and helping us stow our bags after checkout, etc. The view from our room (top floor mountain view/corner room) was absolutely stunning, but you can also get pretty much the same view from the roof. I found the room to be a pretty outdated and a little dingy, kind of like a Best Western hotel but (thank god) without the carpet. The bathroom fixtures had this caked on white film which I originally thought was like crusted on toothpaste residue or something, but on closer inspection might be like mineral deposits. Grout was a little mildewy, the room had a slight smell, and the headboards were kind of nasty. But overall the room was very clean (no dust on the floors, clean tiles, etc) so it was obvious that the cleaning staff were doing a great job, I think the room was just showing its age. The breakfast was fine but pretty bland and unappetizing, so I wouldn't pay for it. Overall, I think it's a good option if you're on a very tight budget, but personally I would rather spend another $15/person/night for a more "luxury" hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast which Rudy kindly added to our stay. Close to many attractions such as Moana Sapa and Sun Plaza, lots of shopping and spas nearby and many great food options.

Hotel in a very central location. The rooms are good, bright, good value for money. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us happy, we booked a room without breakfast and received a meal. Mrs. Ruby at the reception was amazing and made sure we were happy and gave us great and helpful recommendations for an unusual day trip. Thank you Ruby

It’s an expanding facility. Few more rooms are being developed with we’re there. It’s small but has the things you need. We left our baggage after we checkout early because we still have other excursions to go to, but our stuff were left in unlocked no door room which I can easily lose my iMac laptop, camera, and other valuables. It’s very open that everybody who passes by and can steal it. Thank God, nothing happened to them for they will be hit with complaint and expensive reimbursement.

I would’ve liked a room with a view. Not every room comes with a view. It’s the way it is, though they did their best and it was a nice room.

Spaciousness of the family suite, view of the mountains, the skybar (loved the fresh fruit with our afternoon cocktails), breakfast (especially the pho), the staff (all staff, especially Nu, were very attentive to our needs), the spa (best massage in the most relaxing setting).

Prefer to choose the mountain side over city side if you are sensitive to noise

The location was great. Shower was awesome. Breakfast was great. Rooms are pretty and the cafe/bar area at the top has a nice view. They do need a few more channels on the TV.

We had a great stay here, the service from the staff was amazing and helpful, and the food from the restaurant was excellent as well. We were comfortable and felt at home here!

Stayed just one night at Sapa Relax Hotel and Spa. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was super nice and spacious. Loved the white robes and the staff was incredibly nice. Our booking did not have breakfast but they provided us a breakfast coupon which was very nice! I've heard the spa and the rooftop are nice but we didnt have a chance to visit the spa and the weather was cloudy/rainy when we visited so we did not go to the roof. I would 100% stay here again!
