Without a taxi, walking up and down the street of the hotel can be a nightmare.

Location is good just walking distance in few major tourist spot and popular coffee shop and restaurant Breakfast for 6 days of stay we always eat same thing every morning, then I request for something that doesn't require additional to change the wall plate I got refused

It’s very near to mat farm sapa and moana cafe! Just walking distance. However if you go to Sun Plaza, the road from The Upper House Sapa is steep so you have to ready your feet if you walk up to Sun Plaza.

Super accommodating, they checked us in very late as our bus was late. We got brought breakfast in bed !

It was normal hotel, looks good only in pictures on booking.com Located on down steep street from Sapa station. Rooms with garden view has nothing to show.

No air conditioning, but we didn't need it in November. There was a lot of noise from the neighborhood when we opened the window for fresh air. Barking dogs. Bring ear plugs.

Excellent location ( but steep narrow road leading to it ) - close to centre but also to Fansipan Monorail, good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good ( sandwich or pancakes ), staff helpful with all inquiries, we could leave luggage for a long time awaiting ongoing transport connection. Biggest disppointment was a swimming pool - poorly or not maintained at all, with some green slimy moss in water - slippery and danger to walk on if you decide to enter the dirty water anyway. It is a shame as the view from the pool is stunning and it would be a blast to sit inside and admire the nature. Our room lacked Air-con - we got 2 huge fans instead - helped a bit, but it was difficult to fall asleep due to noise.
