Azure Sapa Hotel

I have a modest room accommodation since I had the shared room. But, I was amazed with the cleanliness and the size of the bed. It is so comfortable. The breakfast included in my booking was also a buffet. And I really love it. I also tried the egg coffee in the hotel. And it was delicious. I rather say to have a little storage and a small working table inside the bunk bed. Fortunately, there is a table near my bed so I was able to use it personally. Thank you!

Dorm room was good and shared washrooms were always clean

We really appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, and the breakfast was also very good. The highlight of our stay, however, was definitely the view, we had an executive mountain view suite, and it was absolutely stunning. Location was very central, easy access to restaurants, shops etc. The room felt a bit outdated. While the room itself was clean, the bathroom was not in great condition, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drainage and visible mold in the shower enclosure. Soundproofing inside the hotel was also quite poor, as we could hear guests in neighboring rooms. However, I have to note that the balcony door insulation worked well, and outside noise was blocked effectively.

The rooms had way too many beds. They were also not clean at all. The bed wasn’t comfortable. And half of the lockers underneath the bed didn’t work and were very small, so the big bag didn’t even fit. The bathroom was very dirty and the showers were not comfortable.

Location and view Staff not helpful, when i arrived they changed everything we discussed and agreed on while chatting on booking, upon arrival the staff made me wait for 45 minutes without any reason, No hand soap, no iron, No shower robe, Bed bugs, and the noisy sound you can hear everything happening in the hotel , the people screaming and yelling in the corridor, the room next to you, the play that they are doing down stairs with the mic on, it’s not a place to rest

Great location, very short walk to the center. Beautiful views! Very nice free breakfast in the morning. Helpful and friendly staff. Could rent a motorcycle really easily from them. Comfortable bed and clean facilities. The dorms were in the basement and the wifi didn’t reach the room for me. It was underneath the kitchen so a little noisy.

There are two things I did not like about the property. First, when we asked for help to open the safe, a staff member told us he would return after retrieving something, but he never came back. Second, when we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not done.

I like the location. It was convenient and nearby to main attractions. I didn’t like the cockroaches in the room, the fact the the AC works for few hours and automatically shuts down, and the inability of the receptionist and the staff to say a word in English, which was extremely difficult to communicate.

The breakfast was a mixture of Vietnamese pho and rice cakes, and some western omelette and salads. Great location and walks to everywhere. Good internet speed. Room 401 unfortunately has an air conditioning duct that's probably too close to sewerage. When we complained they were very good finally shifting us.

The hotel is near to the center ..

Centrally located in the downtown area, great view of the mountain ranges. Breakfast choices can still be improved.

Best view you can have and the staff were really helpful

Kind and service minded staff at the reception. Good location. Our room had a nice view of the town.
