Nothing at all

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff kept everything nice and clean. As well as they hosted a tasty breakfast every morning.

Location No lift. the rooms are not noise proof. No toothpaste/brush. Some molds can be seen on the restroom ceiling.

Nice, big, comfortable room, with separate lounge/sitting room. Lots of power points, for charging various electronics. Nice breakfast. Good location, short walk from main part of town. Unable to operate the tv.

It was a short walk from the main town, but poor enough way that it was much quieter. Great restaurants across the street from hotel as well as a place to get a nice snow massage right at the bottom of the driveway. No complaints so all was good

Facilities and breakfast could be improved

Spacious room. Hot water take very long to arrive. I settled for a cool shower, because no one told us to wait 10-15 minutes. At breakfast the vegan options are so very limited.

Very noisy at night time. Both nights there was an event or something going on that went on until 11pm or so. Other guests very noisy as well when going back to their room. Understand that the hotel cannot help this but the rooms are not sound proof.

The rooms were clean and had heat. Staff were welcoming and generous.

Spacious rooms with balcony. Excellent staff Room rate was high probably due to year end season.

Convenient location, within walking distance to the city centre. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of dishes. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel manager Anh was very friendly and polite to his guests and attended to all our needs. Thanks for acceding to our request for early check in :) Took a while for the shower water to be warmed up.

Very friendly helpful staff on reception. Being able to check in early & location, only a short walk to Sapa Plaza & square. Also our room was very spacious. Leaking plumbing, the hand basin and bathtub both leaked water over the bathroom floor. Bed was very had with roll-together. Dry tired (& uncomfortable) lounge furniture (although we appreciated a spacious room that had lounging area & furniture). The breakfast experience with a metal staple in my cereal, a long hair in the spaghetti & hair in the coffee cup. (All issues were brought to management attention during our stay).

Nothing, it was terrible The hotel is dirty, the don’t have elevator so you have to carry your suitcases even five floors. The phonos do not correspond with the reality, the furniture is so old and dirty, there is a lot of humidity. We paid for a different room, there wasn’t even a shower curtain and we chose a room when we booked that had one. The worst thing, they tried to scam to us when we asked them to book a bus to come back to Hanoi when we checked out and somehow they did. They tried to charge us 5% fee for paying by card (usually is 3%) when we said no, they accepted. They said that the bus will pick us up from the hotel but when there were 15 minutes left for the bus departure, they said we had to go to the bus station, so we had to take a taxi. The bus supposed to take to us to Hanoi old quarter, as we asked and they confirmed, but we ended in another district in the middle of nothing and at 30 minutes from old quarter by car, so we had to pay for another taxi. Do not go to this hotel, there are better options in sapa.
