The views and the hospitality. Let's start with why. I had booked a bus from Hanoi to Sapa, which arrived earlier than scheduled, at 4 am! After the initial panic and hesitation (rightly so), the host let me in. This is a family-owned business and the family lives on the property. So let the host know well in advance if you will be arriving early. And if I can make a suggestion, don't take the night bus, it's not worth the hassle. You'll be too tired by the time you reach Sapa in the morning. Vân really went out of her way to make me comfortable by giving me extra fruit and snacks. (Love those pineapples!) She also recommended good places to eat and a local tour which I would highly recommend. PS: They have a shy cat named Moon. If he lets you pet him, then you're special ?. The biscuits provided in the room were delicious. Also, there is no VP bank ATM in Sapa. the closest one in Lao Cai, so I'd recommend withdrawing cash in Hanoi or a bigger city. The property accepts card payment Nothing really.

Everything was pretty much as described. The room is beautifully decorated and the hotel in a central location with nice views of the valley (on upper floor rooms). Minh the owner took time to map out Sapa surroundings and things to do. Nothing

Wonderful host. The host was very knowledgeable about the town and provided a map and directions to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Beautiful view on sunny days. The bed was comfortable. No mold or mildew small. Good, walkable location. There are stairs to the homestay. It's worth the stairs for the view. However, it would not be a good a choice for people with mobility issues due to the stairs. Paid laundry available next door. My best stay in Vietnam.

The room was on the cold side, but the bed heater was very nice.

The hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They sit down with you and give you a bunch of information about the area, where things are located, restaurant recommendations, etc. The mattresses and linens were very comfortable and cozy. The heated blankets were an extra plus when it got chilly. The location is close to the heart and center of the town, everything you need is within walking distance. Everything was great, this was one of our favorite stays during our one year long trip. This didn’t bother us but something to note is that the property is located down an alley of a lot of steps. The toilet paper was a bit thin for our liking but that is not a big enough issue to lower the score.

Exceptional stay in Sapa!!! Van is the loveliest. So kind, thoughtful, and accommodated my need for cleanliness. She gave me the warmest welcome and even more adorable farewell. She was incredibly attentive throughout my stay, checking in with me regularly, particularly because i had some bad food before checking in and was sick. The most wonderful host you could ask for. I felt very safe and comfortable. The rooms I stayed in were perfect for my needs. The view cannot be overstated!!! Every morning and night I felt like I was looking at the most incredible scenery. Would definitely come here again. There are many stairs leading down to the property as its situated in a kind of alley between buildings. However Van and her husband helped me as much as possible with my luggage which was so sweet. Thank you so much!!!

The hotel is beautiful, really well kept and super clean. Everything looks new and sparkling but at the same time cozy and homy. The owner (the wife) is a true gem. She gave me meds and thermometer since I was sick, gave us a map and explained how to get around and also recommended a great restaurant - very local, and not overpriced. The room had a breathtaking view . The owner (the husband) didn't let us take a shower after our hike to Fansipan. It was long after checkout and our room was already occupied, but there was a bathroom downstairs next to the reception. We thought it was weird. Everything else was just perfect!

My favorite place I stayed in Vietnam.

The bed was very comfortable (firm mattress), the room was clean, and the view was beautiful. Nothing

- Amazing staff, Van is so welcoming and so helpful and nice I couldn’t recommend her more. - Clean and spacious rooms. - Good location. - Offered to let us shower before our bus. - The shower pressure is low. - The toilet is a bit too close to the shower glass. - The sink faucet is too close to the sink in the bathroom, making it hard to wash your hands.

Clean, comfortable, the owner always helping, the views amazing

The host was very kind and helpful, the view from the room was beautiful and the room was to our liking. We loved our stay but the bed was a bit hard for our preference.

This is a simple, yet possibly the coziest and most helpful hotel you can find anywhere in the world. Van and her husband, the owners of the hotel, were quick and generous in offering support and advice. Van gave a very comprehensive introduction to Sapa town and shared plenty of suggestions for things to do during my trip. Her recommendations, whether for activities or restaurants, were all spot on. It was also lovely to have short chats with Van and her husband from time to time. None

The host Van is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Always greeting me with a great big smile and doing her best to help me in any way. Super cute hotel with only 4 rooms Absolutely nothing

Exceptionelt happy with this booking. Van is An incredible host - always friendly and ready to help. Love the room with the local touches, the comfortable bed and the balcony with mountain view.

Van is such a warm person, properly taking care of you. Which is an amazing feeling. She suggested some things to do and booked everything for me. (Even if I was a bit difficult in one situation, Van did everything to help me). Also very flexible when I wanted to stay a night longer. The view of the room is beautiful, even on cloudy days it’s cool to see the mountain so close. Bed is comfortable, bathroom great and all very clean. Love the little touch of snacks to grab. And even the drinks in the fridge are a very fair price. Nothing, it was truly a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sapa! The hospitality was exceptional, especially from the lovely owner Van. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — from helping us organize our bus trip to ensuring our room was warm and cozy every evening when we returned from exploring. Her care and attention to detail truly made a difference! Van also gave us great recommendations on things to do, where to eat, and how to make the most of our time in Sapa. Highly recommend staying here if you want to feel taken care of and experience genuine local hospitality. Thank you, Van, for everything!
