Gourmet Swiss and international cuisine is served in the restaurant of the Schweizerhof. Upon arrival, guests will receive a pass providing the following benefits: During Summer (June to October), public transport and the cable cars in the Saas Valley (except the Metro Alpin) can be used free of charge (not valid for Summer skiing). In Winter (October to April), public transport is free and discounts are offered for several activities.

Staff was wonderful. There was an issue with the battery lock on our door which was keeping us from getting in and out of the room. Hotel fixed the problem quickly and made it right. Nice to have use of the wellness center. Amazing location with good access to Saas Gee Somewhat outdated. The wellness centre was quiet but the pool area is dark.

Great room and spa facilities, great location and amenities (shuttle to the slopes/bus station is an amazing perk) The place is surprisingly disorganised: We asked about allergy free options for breakfast and we were told that there were dairy free cakes and milk... which was not true AT all. For dinner also it seems the information we provided at booking wasn't well propagated to the kitchen. Thankfully the kitchen staff did a great job considering the last minute adaptations

Good location, good breakfast options. Most of the staff was great. Did not sleep well. Showerhead was tiny and terrible. They charged me CHF85.00 to do one load of laundry, which is highway robbery even in Switzerland. Wifi was spotty. One of the female breakfast staff was extremely rude!...However the majority of the breakfast staff was great.

The restaurant was full the first night and closed the second night, this was a shame although we understand it is the low season. The television only had German speaking channels, we couldn’t find any in French or English.

1. The very professional, friendly and helpful Staff! Thank you so much for making our stay a great experience 2. That nice welcome drink : great white wine! 3. The wellness area : after using our free day tickets to visit the mountains area by cable car, it was the perfect way to unwind ! I am thinking hard … but nothing comes to mind. Really ?

Location is great. Very near the gondolas and also on the main street of the village. Amazing breakfast with great view to the mountains. Room is very good and comfortable. Fitness room is terrible. There are basically no machines for weight lifting and no dumbbells. The only machine that they have is very old and not functional. But if you plan to do only cardio there are bikes, a treadmill and one rowing station. Spa area also not very good. There is a decent size pool but with no hot water. There is also only one jacuzzi that fits maximum 4 people so it’s very hard to find it empty and it also did not have hot water.

All around delightful stay. Fabulous, helpful staff gave us lots of input for exploring the area. We enjoyed the private terrace with a view of the mountains. The spa was clean and well organized. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was quite cold. Otherwise everything was great.

Very Good breakfast. Very nice personnel, except at reception. Spa was very disappointing. Hotel was almost empty, yet no upgrade was offered. I wanted one large bed, but it had 2 matrasses, that tended to split apart during the night

The location is clean and located in the center of Saas Fee. Waiters were very nice. The mattresses in the whole hotel are very soft, so don’t expect to get a hard one. I slept 3 nights on the bed sofa which was more comfortable than our bed :-( Wellness was very fine but a whole day out of 3 the Jacuzzi was not working properly and the swimming pool was not accessible. Some receptionists did not understand German very well ?

Pick up from the station worked really well. Check-in was early and effective. Nice new spa on the first floor. Staff was passable. I couldn't check out on 7am on Sunday because there was nobody at reception and then they told me it would take time to turn on the PC. Nobody drove me to the station on Sunday morning. Breakfast only started at 7.30am every day which is quite late. Hotel is VERY old - facilities look very old and not updated at all. Spa on the ground floor was not great. Bed was very hard and pillow very uncomfortable. The hotel is not on the main road, so requires a bit of a walk in a steep, slippery road

Everything was incredible, the spa, the breakfast, the room, the location and above all the reception staff, specifically Sofia, she was really nice. They take great care of the details and the client, I would definitely repeat.
