- Great location, very close to Alpin Express and about a 7-8 minute walk from the main street. - Very helpful staff, both at reception and the taxi driver - offered a taxi (a small electric car) for pick up and transport within the village. - Comfortable bed - Good breakfast - didn't expect much as it was included in a very competitive room price. A surprisingly good selection of cold cuts. Good Birchermuesli. - They advertise the tap water as excellent and I believe them :) The light bulb on the ceiling went out of order during the night of my stay. The ski room is a bit small and old (e.g. no boot heating). No big issues really.

The best location one can ask for both to access the main lift and to walk back from the bottom of the ski piste at the end of the day. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. The staff was very kind and attentive, the room very spacious and with a beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast was generous. There has been a separate area for the skis and boots to be heated so that it can dry for the day after.

This hotel is absolutely excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was totally silent, with complete blackout curtains and a comfortable bed so every night was a great one. The breakfast was lovely too and the location of the hotel is perfect. A very nice touch was an upgrade of the room to a double when I initially booked a single. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to stay here again!

Excellent location. Big and pleasant room (we stayed in bigger one). New and spay bathroom. Friendly staff. Room was big but all time cold. Bed was wide but too soft. Blanket was too warm - it was impossible to sleep. Hot water was not warm in times when everyone return from skiing. Breakfast was simple: all time the same sausages bread and muesli. And price was over the reason. Like 4" hotel on Manhatten.
