The staff working there are fantastic. They are so polite and respectfull. Always taking care of people in the hotel. And the restaurant is one of the best options in town and it's right there. The location is also the best in town next to the historic center and to the ski lifts. Everything was perfect

The staff was excellent. They were super friendly, professional and helpful. They went out of their way to answer my questions but also to give me recommendations on where to go and what to do. I would definitely go back to this hotel. This was not the fault of the staff or the hotel but the guests who were staying above me were quite loud until 10 PM or so but then they settled down. Again this was not because the walls were too thin or anything but the guests were just making too much noise for some reason.

Small, cozy, family-owned and operated hotel located at the heart of Saas-Fee in the vicinity of the Alpin Express gondola. The very friendly Supersaxo family go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. You will be collected for free at the multi-storey car park at the entrance of Saas-Fee and brought to the hotel in an EV as the town is car-free. The easy-going hosts make you feel very warmly welcomed, give you numerous advice about things to do and know the area like the back of their hand. Everything was perfect, from the hearty breakfast until the four course dinner including a wide variety of local Valaisian wines and spirits. The rooms have been refurbished and are spotlessly cleaned everyday. There is a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer for quickest access to the ski lifts. Unfortunately there is no sauna/steam room.
