DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento

I was also told that I could not use my Hilton Honers number since I book through a third party. So now that all that is said, out of the 9 days my room was only cleaned 3 times. I had to go and request that they clean my room and at least take out the trash. I know it doesn’t sound bad but I stay at Hiltons because I love how they take care of their guests. This time they didn’t. Plus I wanted a glass of wine at the bar and when I went to order it (a Cabernet) I was told they only had Merlot. I can see all the bottles and they had Cabernet she just couldn’t open it until she sold the Merlot.

Clean comfortable room. needs a luggage rack or two and a tub stopper that worked.

Took awhile when trying to reach hotel staff about reservation but they were friendly and helpful!

The line to check In was sooo long and the room was still really hot with the AC on :( definitely a bit disappointing. But the staff was really nice and the room was clean, also nice TV !

It is spotless

Stay was good! Lobby is very nice & clean. Room was very clean as well. Check in took longer than I expected (35-45 minutes roughly) but no fault of the staff, there was an entire outage with all of hiltons locations so staff did their best to properly get everything sorted and done. Lobby was stuffy and warm and room as well but after cranking AC it cooled down well enough to be comfortable. Tv was a great size & had good options of things to watch with the option to log into Netflix. Room had a cute small balcony that was enjoyable once sun went down and cooled off. There’s a pool and jacuzzi which looked very clean and well maintained. Once night came it was very quiet and easy to relax . Staff was friendly even though some customers were not so nice about the wait. The manager up front did great at trying her best to reassure customers and help. Over all good experience and would stay again.

System was down and check in was a nightmare they put me in an occupied room… worst experience ever

No hot water for two nights.

The hot water was not working my whole stay and had an event at 1130 the next day i couldnt even shower called front desk and thy couldnt even help me out eneded up talking to a manager and still no help i asked 2 get credited a little for my stay and he said yes ended up not even getting anything at the end beautiful play nice and clean but nit getting any help or even get 2 shower for my event the next day was horrible

Property was clean, location was great, close to shopping and freeways. AC was not the best, had to leave the balcony window open to get some relief. Also the hotel bar closed pretty early and we were turned away 20 minutes before the posted closing time.

Property was just ok, we did a quick turnaround and it fit the bill. Corridor carpet filthy, grounds needed upkeep:not appealing to the eye. Plenty of parking. Did not encounter any staff that made me feel welcome or valued as a guest.

Great stay. Clean, friendly and quiet.
