Air conditioning in room didn’t work. Staff was notified multiple times.

I liked the pool I thought it was the cleanest pool I’ve ever stayed at. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Forgot my reading glasses in the front desk. They found it and will mail it to me. 🙏

Close to friend and airport and dining.

Clean rooms, quiet, nice breakfast. Only problem was maid service. Per their policy maid was to clean room and provide towels every other day. That did not happen.

We arrived around 9:00 pm and was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who was able to check us in and give us our entrance card within minutes. The room was very spacious and well furnished. The double sink in the bathroom was great. Breakfast was more than I expected. Everything was well prepared and organized. ( My grandson favored the waffles with all the toppings.) The area was a bit sketchy with being located on the back road of a shopping mall. The road leading to the hotel was littered with an abandoned vehicle and much trash. We were surprised to have to enter the hotel parking lot through a gated barrier.

The hotel is nice, clean and great amenities. The staff are rude. They are not helpful and seem to enjoy making your experience a negative one.

We did one night here, and it was very nice and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the room was very big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient, too. There is a good amount of parking and the grounds are secured walls with entry gates, so I felt my car and the stuff I needed to leave inside it were safe and secure. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

Airconditioning is a bit loud when running but overall , no issues.
