Hampton Inn & Suites Sacramento at Csus

Room was clean. Water was hot. Bed was firm. Check-in process took longer than ideal. Would definitely stay again on business.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. A couple annoying things: We had to pay a nightly parking fee. That wasn't mentioned on the listing. It says there's "available" parking but not that there was a fee. You enter the parking by pulling a ticket. We didn't know what to do with the ticket. The staff said just to throw them away. While we stayed there 6 nights, our room was only serviced ONCE. There's a placard on our mirror that said the rooms were serviced every other night. On our last day, I mentioned that our room wasn't serviced and the staff member said that they only serviced the rooms when asked. No one told me when I check in that that was the case. I told her about the placard on the mirror. She told me actually, "No there isn't." Like I didn't read a the placard? Like I'm making that up? Another staff member next to her said some of the rooms still have those signs on the mirrors. And, again, when I checked in, NO ONE TOLD ME I WAS SUPPOSED TO ASK FOR THE ROOM TO BE SERVICED. Very lame. The place is close to the freeway therefore alot of homeless hang around.

Room is clean. The bathroom is modern and clean, and the room was perfectly quiet at night.

It was a good place to stay for the price. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was decent. The A/C and frig were a bit loud, but overall the positives vastly outweighed the one slightly negative. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is great and offers easy access to the highway and a few stores in case you need something. Overall, the hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the room was comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is pretty good size. Breakfast was really good. With hot and cold options. For the price and location, I’d say it’s a great deal.

Clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, I only wish that the building smelled nicer.

Breakfast was mediocre and dark roast coffee ran out every day. Facility does not have a spa - pool only. The outdoor pool was heated and warm enough for my young grandchildren to enjoy. A lobby bar would be a really nice addition.
