Really sad to see people being so greedy at breakfast. Soldiers did without because a couple of families needed to take 5 breakfast sandwiches each. Take 1 and come back if you need more. Waffle machine hog wouldn’t let anyone use until he made 3 orders of waffles either, totally rude!!

Pool was nice They promised to change out towels, empty trash after two nights stay but did not. And when I called the front desk, I got attitude- told I could come get towels from the lobby if I wanted them.

Overall, everything was neat and clean, and I really appreciated the complimentary, great-tasting water provided. The pillows were too soft for our personal preference, and the bathroom and shower area felt quite cramped.

I chose this hotel because it was rated 9+, but there's no way it's a 9. There were ants in the bathroom, the bed was saggy, the breakfast was the worst I have seen in a while, and the coffee ran out before breakfast ended and still wasn't available an hour later, Hotels.com advertised it as having a stovetop but it didn't. I also don't normally expect to have to pay to park at a freeway box-hotel outside the city center. The location also isn't great - between the freeway and several railroad tracks.

They served us well. Very clean and quiet. We highly recommend this hotel for some great R&R.

The room was super clean, every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful!

Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We could not connect to the Internet and the receptionist would not help. In fact she was quite rude. When I asked for the manager, she said the manager called in sick and there was no one else available. There were no restaurants within safe walking distance and since we were not familiar with the larger area and could not access the Internet, our only option for dinner was to buy a packaged meal from the nearby Grocery Outlet.

Very convenient location, clean, quiet - even being close to the rail wasn't too bad, and sufficient parking.

The room was very clean and convenient, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was really great- great selection and quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Charging extra $11 per day for parking! This wasn't prominently featured in the price quote and feels like a money grab for the hotel as a typical hotel of this type would have included parking.

Almost everything was great, the room the staff. The WIfi it was very slow and it kept kicking me out.

Rooms were clean. Hotel was able to accommodate our requests and the breakfast was great.

The rooms are large and well equiped. The shower was excellent with an excellent flow. Breakfast was excellent and a bit beyond the ordinary food with real plates, cups, and bowls and some excellent breakfast sandwiches to pick from. a good location right off of the freeway and close to downtown.
