Clean, quiet and close to airport!

So clean and very easy to get to.

Very nice stay I stay here twice a year

There was no spare roll of toilet paper in the room. I called ahead to find out shuttle service and was told it ran every twenty minutes on demand. When ou checked in discovered the shuttle ran only every hour and the four o’clock am was filled. Had to take the three am. Another passenger had been told the same thing. Neither of us were very happy about the situation.

Dinner was good. Could have offered a bigger wine selection. Would stay there again,

I am beyond shocked to say that the Holiday Inn across the freeway had better room quality. I've been staying at Hyatts for over 20 years and this was just not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination.

Clean room and the bathroom , very friendly staff and nice complimentary breakfast . Very uncomfortable bed, loud A/C and really thin insulated walls/ floors . We could hear loud footsteps above us half the night. If that wasn’t enough , our room was facing the parking lot and the frequent car alarms going off kept us awake almost all night . We travel to Sacramento often, won’t be staying in that hotel again .

Gallery host at checkin desk lied to me about early checkin $50 policy not written then she showed it on paper. I was told on the phone only room availability determined if I could get early checkin - nothing about a charge. The host waved me off multiple times while she checked people out etc., making me wait a half hour to checkin despite charging me for early checkin. Unclear shuttle time = I was told at the top of the hour when I called for airport pickup time but the shuttle was scheduled to leave the hotel then, arriving at airport 15 minutes later instead. The manager wasn't there and hasn't called me back to discuss. Maid staff in the hall was rude when I asked which way to the elevator. Room was fine but showerhead could've been better.

I only stayed from 7pm to 3am to catch a flight but everything was great! Comfy bed, great food and loved the free shuttle to airport!

very good hotel to stay. Hyatt Place is always on my top list.

Everything was great but the pool is not HEATED, were from Florida and it was 60 my grandsons were disappointed they were unable to swim in a pool. That's one of the reasons we chose this suite, extra room double Q bed with extra sofa bed livingroom, breakfast included ( it was yummy)

The room was dirty. There was a booger stuck to the bedsheet. The other bed had crumbs when you pulled back the sheets. The bathroom had a clump of someone’s hair on the floor and the hallway by the door had fuzz and crumbs. It was not a clean room by any means. When I told the front desk staff..she offered me some free waters from the snack area. I even showed her the video of how dirty my room was. What a joke! I should’ve been refunded for my stay. Will never stay here again.

Floors, elevator, hallways were all so dirty. Luckily the room was ok, except our window shade was off track and I had to fix it in the middle of the night (it fell off its hinge). Staff were nice enough, but I can’t stress how dirty the floors and walls were.

Overall the stay was good, clean room, good breakfast, but you need to work on the shuttle service. I landed about 8:05pm, called in to get a shuttle and was told to wait an hour for the shuttle. I ended up calling uber. The uber driver told me he picks up a lot of your guests, because the shuttle service doesn't run after 5pm. If this is true, we should be told ahead of time. If I had waited an hour and still did not get a shuttle, I would have been upset. It worked out this time, but it would have been nice to actually use the shuttle service instead of calling uber.

It was new, clean, and soooooo quiet. Great place to stay. And they had shuttle service to and from the airport.

Nice clean property, with a good bar. Breakfast was included but we missed it because we had to leave before it opened. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight out of Sacramento airport.

Great place

Property was clean but noisy parking lot. People partying and drinking. Our room had a single cockroach - wonder if there were more?
