I know the place is just to sleep but steal. I might sound like a snob. The bed spread had a make on it. See attached. The counter had marks on it. This was near the coffee machine. Also near the coffee machine the paint cheeping and dirty.

Over all good for a short stay. Room is ok. Shower is really ugly. Need an upgrade. Parking is good. Location is pretty good too.

Our room was spacious and clean. It had a balcony, you couldn't lock it. Plenty of parking. We arrived after 6:30 pm on Sunday 16th. We walked up to the lobby and mention to the young lady that we have a reservation. The young lady didn't turn or acknowledge us. It seemed that her cell phone was more important than helping a couple of travelers that just want to check in and rest in their room. Upon finally putting her phone down, we got our electronic keys and haphazardly pointed over her shoulder to were the elevators are located. When asked, " I'm sorry, where are the elevators located". She rolled her eyes, sighed and put her phone down. Then she turned and pointed to go down the hall and make a right turn to the end. I then thanked her and asked where and what time is the complimentary breakfast. She then nodded her head and said, it's over there. Being our first time there I asked, I'm sorry but where? She looked at me and my husband and reiterated, pointing behind us and said, "it is over there, were it says, Breakfast", like we should have known it was there.. With friendly staff like her, It would be hard to return to this Hotel, if we were back here in town again.

The s The staff was BAD AND THE PROPERTY WAS DIRTY!!! Did not feel safe!!!!

At the check front counter person was very rude . First wrong room was given us , when we entered the room dirty towels and dirty bedsheets were lying on the floor and the wash rooms , washroom garbage bins were full and over flowing . Room carpet has lots of debris and garbage on floor . Called front desk , after arguing back and forth he finally admitted that house keeping was not done so he gave us different room which did not have enough beds , ac was not working . Called again front desk so fans were given that ac is not working , oth wash rooms drain were not working . It supposed to have free breakfast but there was hardly anything in breakfast , dining room floor was so sticky , booths were broken , chairs were filthy. Just few pieces of bread and coffee were available , pancake mix and syrup were empty no fill up were done at all . Almost every one was complaining but front desk person ignoring every one .

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The ac barely works. I could barely sleep at night due to the AC not working properly and the transients outside arguing all night. The pool was closed so there was no way to cool down in 105 degree weather. The list could keep going. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here!

We liked nothing. The air conditioner didn't work. The refrigerator didnt work. Had to switch rooms. The air conditioner didnt work in that room either. The refrigerator was not working and the television was not working. Also, the pool was closed. In the morning when we went to have breakfast we made waffles but there was no syrup. Asked if they had any syrup and thwu did not. It was 7am.

The location was convenient for my needs, although it was not in the most desirable part of town. The property needs some cleaning and upkeep, both inside and outside. There was an odd smell in the room that I could not identify. There was a balcony, but the door to the outside was sealed shut so there was no way to get fresh air. The room was clean, the TV worked well, there was hot water in the bathroom, and ice down the hall. The breakfast was minimal. The room was worth what I paid for it: no frills, but basic.

All the gym equipment doesn’t work expect 1 machine All the toasters were broken so you can’t cook a bagel TV was fuzzy on one side It’s OK to be old but if something is broken it should be replaced. Obviously the owners are looking to invest in maintenance so FYI expect to have issues.

If hot and want to keep a cool room not the place either. Feel safe NOT AT ALL. Was put in our room with a sliding door handle that was broken and did not lock. The bush below our scungie balcony was broken smashed like people have been in and out of the room from that door. This was 2nd floor. The phone was not a hotel room...it was a house phone. Hair in fridge...bangs and dings like some used it as a living g space. The good thing was the bed was made nicely. We changed rooms. 2nd room on 2nd floor, the slider did lock but the bushes looked the same...jumped in. With this room all the outlets except one would not hold our charges when plugged in...just fell out. The air Conditioners thermostat was super glued to 40 degrees, the fan level knob was broke off, It turned on with the air blowing(loud) stuck on high with very low warm air blowing out. Couldn't do anything about that so called working air cond. It was 100 outside so couldn't keep at a comfortable degree. Bathtub was scoured and scratched so badly. Gross hair in the shower curtain when I shook it. Breakfast was average and the bed was clean. Pool was clean. This hotel rents out rooms for people to stay long term. Security guard 24 7 who doesnt sit even near the 100 cameras they have behind front desk which is behind the front desk person. I suggest another Hotel. Hotel.com needs to take this dump off site.

We got there by midnight after calling and making sure it is ok to check in by midnight. When we got there, the reception had nobody. We had to wait for 12 minutes. The night guard was sitting by the door looking at me, not even trying to check if he can get the receptionist to come quicker. He was just flirting with a guy came in with a girl sitting on the couch. After I checked in, I asked for extra pillows and blankets. The receptionist said that someone will bring it to us. Sure enough, I got downstairs after waiting for 15 minutes, the guard was chatting with the receptionist. The guard came and took me to the laundry room, tried to fit some pillows with random cases, not even bed pillows. The bathtub was painted over, and the paint was pealing off. The food was not even enough although we weren’t too many at the breakfast time. It was not a pleasant experience overall.
