I am always so comfortable here and I have everything I need. The front desk staff, and the Kitchen staff are always so kind and helpful. I don’t interact much with cleaning staff, but they do a great job. I do wish there was a restaurant in walking distance, but it never stops me from staying there.

Very very nice and clean, breakfast was good but needs more variety .

Clean property, rooms were nice. Breakfast was a welcome amenity.

We booked the hotel based on the convenient location and it having an ev charger. We got to the hotel and was only then notified the chargers were all broken. We would have never stayed there if we knew that.

Everything was fine except for the idiocy with their systems being down (which meant no Internet for a while), then they not only ran my card for the $50 security deposit but an additional UNAUTHORIZED transaction of almost $400 (even though the one-night stay had been booked and prepaid). When the manager on duty told me he would fix the latter issue ASAP and contact me to confirm it was resolved, I found they doubled down on the charge, which is ridiculous and smacks of attempts at fraud (or at least unfair business practices). So now I have to make more phone calls to both my card issuer and Hilton (which now is looking like a very bad brand) to get this nonsense sorted out.

Great Coffee strong and ice water available 24 hours a day in nice lobby to relax in. Nice breakfast including eggs and potatoes, various bagels and muffins, waffles and fresh fruit. It was 98 degrees so Good air conditioning in room and lobby was fantastic! . Nice clean pool with towels provided. Next time I’d ask first a room on the back side of hotel, not facing freeway due to freeway noise.

Breakfast was great, pool was clean, and the gym was excellent. No towels at the pool, twice.

The facility was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Every member of the team was cheerful and welcoming. Our initial experience was with Sheila at the Front Desk and she was spectacular.

However, in this case, I requested for special waiver due to a sudden death in the family that we had to cancel our trip. Not sure if this was a Hampton or Expedia issue but I did all due process to request for waiver. I called Hampton 3 days before and requested for waiver. They told me to process with Expedia. I contacted Expedia to process the waiver. I followed-up with Hampton to make sure they got the request from Expedia but Hampton said they haven’t received the request from Expedia. I got busy with wake and funeral services, that I couldn’t continue to follow-up. To cut the story short, Hampton/Expedia did not approve the waiver. With Expedia, there’s no obvious way to call and physically speak with a customer service representative. Considering the circumstances, I think companies should give special consideration. I don’t think people would make up death stories just to avoid penalties. But in this case, my father suddenly passed away that I had to fly out of the country. Also I had 2 itineraries that I asked for special waiver. One of them was granted, this one wasn’t. It just doesn’t make any sense! For Expedia, I wish there’s a 1800 number to call for urgent assistance. All it had was a chatbox that goes in ridiculous circles.

The staff was great. The ac was good. The room smelled of dog pee. I would not recommend. I do not know if this was an over sight or if it's normal at this location.
