SureStay by Best Western Sacramento South Natomas

This place was clean.No frills. The room was small but comfortable, but the ceilings were very thin. I could not sleep for the people the the floor above kept making so much noise.

The location is very convenient to get to the airport, parking felt safe, staff was fantastic. The bed was fine, the lighting was harsh and the tub wouldn't hold water. Breakfast was simple but did include waffles and coffee, there is also a nice diner right across the street. Overall not bad.

This hotel is only a few minutes away from the airport. It is next to a few restaurants and gas stations. Area seems ok. The beds were comfortable. They didn’t have shampoo or body wash in the shower, only conditioner. But no big deal. Would def stay here again.

to be honest i was only here a very short time, i only stayed here because it was cheap and close to the airport, i had a early flight to catch in the morning. Perfect for a quick over night stay to catch a plane

Amazing staff! There are 2 ladies that work there when I stay and they are both very helpful and sweet!

Terrible customer service and bedbug infestation. Very unacceptable!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great location, safe, quiet, modern, comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast. Nice staff and airport shuttle. A little close to freeway and truck stop.

It was a great price for 3 rooms before our early morning flight out of Sacramento International.

Superb

When walked into the room it was like a freezer. Turned on the heater and it started to smell heavy like something is burning. I asked for another room, but they said it's the only room available. I had 2 little kids with me and almost begged them to give me another room. At the end was told: take this room because we don't have another one available. Had to walk away in the night to find another hotel to stay.

It was ok

My flight was very delayed and staff held the room for me and gave me late checkout. I slept through breakfast, so I do t know how it was.

Everything very clean

The pictures they use on their advertisements are of the suites, which you have to pay an extra 100 dollars just to have a microwave and fridge. The room we got did include a broken couch so that was nice I guess. When we found out about the extra fee and said that we would want it and lady have us a very nasty look, kinda like this 🙄. Other than that, stay was ok.
