I was extremely disappointed when the clerk tried to charge me $25 for checking in 25 minutes early. I told them I would rather wait than pay the $25. What a money grabbing move on their part!!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! Walls are so thin I heard ALL of the next door's conversation TILL 2AM! Then at 5am I guess the hotel lost power and when they came back ALL of the TVs turned on. Well, the next-door TV was so loud it woke us up, I called the front desk asking to please call next door to have them turn off or turn it down, that's when they let me know of the power outage and it would take a bit to go to all the empty rooms to turn off the TVs. An hour later THAT tv was still on so I called front office and no one would answer so I called from my cell and get an answer. They stated bcs it said someone had booked that room they couldn't just go inside. THERE IS NO WAY SOMEONE WAS ASLEEP WITH THE TV THAT LOUD. At the end I only had like 3 hours of sleep. Breakfast... I asked if they'd bring out more eggs, the answer was NO bcs the amount per day had already been put out. First hotel I've stayed at where they only bring out eggs ONCE during a "buffet breakfast bar"!

you get what you pay for. ... decent , clean , accomodating, ... no pool and you can't open windows at the street level, ....

The room was clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs. Can sign in to Netflix prime video YouTube etc. on the TV. No fridge or microwave in room. Could hear people upstairs walking and talking at 2am. We got this hotel because it was close to the Sacramento airport.

Hair on our towels and bed sheets and no hot water during the entire 3 days we stayed there.

The room was clean, but overall the room amenities were outdated and in need of maintenance. The bathroom bowl was chipped. And the room coffee pot didn’t function. There were no lamps, so the only light in the room came from the ceiling. The photo of the room I booked in Expedia showed a couch and the room didn’t have any so that was misleading.

It's a place to rest your head when traveling to sacramento.

Will book top floor for my returning stays,(no noise this trip). If a top floor room is not available next time, I will pass on my stay until next trip.

The hotel was clean

The property is really close to a lot of restaurants, stores and main attractions.

Loved it for price

Clean room, easy to check in. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast. Good place to stay for a night after a long flight and late arrival.

Front desk a little bit rude

The room has a strong odor and bathroom door will not latch. Front desk did not replace room, discount, or refund.

This hotel is close to where I needed to be and there are food options close by. No refrigerator, and there was a metallic smell in the bathroom . The hallway had an odd smell too. Not dirty , just odd.
