Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento/South Natomas

Our room was excellent, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was top notch and unexpected although they did have trouble keeping up with the demand it was still delicious and warm. The parking situation was a bit pricey and ir was nerve racking to see so many homeless people around the area. Definitely undertood the need for the security. The hotel is beautiful and very well placed in the middle of many different activities. Definitely recommend if you have the time to have breakfast and wait for your car from the valet.

This hotel is excellent. Nice, homey feel. The only thing I didn’t love about this place is the breakfast wasn’t free. However, it was still very good and they had plenty of options for anything you’re looking for. My stay here was wonderful

Very noisy. Could hear adjacent showers, razors, toothbrushes, etc. Lots of extraneous noises in the hall during the night. The room was fine otherwise.

Room and bathroom was very clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Although my stay was brief, I enjoyed my time there. hotel is clean and tidy. also the customer service is very quick and reliable.

Staff was great. We needed a screwdriver and they spent time to track one down to loan us. Eveyone was very friendly. The guests were all happy also. A very nice property!

The two at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I went to the wrong location initially near the airport and the two working there were very kind helping us to find where we needed to be. One of the staff even ran to the parking lot because I had forgotten my id. They had complimentary water bottles and snacks for purchase. I used the pool which was lovely with provided towels. The room was spotless, lots of towels, bed was comfortable with lot of pillows, the tv had lots of channels available and there was decent coffee in the room and a Keurig. Can’t ask for more than that for the price. I will be using Hilton again. It was great, no complaints.

Breaking fast was good and people were very nice. I got everything I needed without any issues. Front desk workers were very helpful and nice. Everything was good.
