SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento North

The best welcome I ever see in hotels managed by booking. com best cooperation and support. Only they should not ask for security as the customer can check out anytime, while allowed his employee to inspect the room before finalizing the check out process. As mostly international traveller can check out on time get in on time on flight or Bus or train.

Nothing, the staff never returned. Any email or manager did not answer the phone due to a cancellation fee

There are many homeless people around the hotel, and the Denny's restaurant next door is a disaster—I don't recommend going there. The Black woman who checked me in gave me a room that was already occupied; luckily, when I opened the door, no one was inside—otherwise, I could have gotten into serious trouble. I expected some sort of gesture from the staff member or the hotel to make up for such a huge mistake, but all I got was a simple "I'm sorry." I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, I had to come and stay at this one that I’ve never stayed up before horrible experience. The flat sheet was stained, and two towels were stained as well. It had a stench of mold in there. There’s nothing but dope heads all around the property the pool was filthy. Disgusting and when I went to check out to tell them that there was a stain on the flat sheet and stains on of the towels they disregarded it but then I looked at my credit card statement and they charged me $40 saying oh there was a stained flat sheet and two stained towel which I had already told them about the people that worked there are not on top of it. I would not suggest anybody to come and stay there it was at the last moment that I had to go and stay at this hotel.

I only liked the location My room was filthy, there was crumbs all over the carpet and in corners as if they did not vacuum. I have a picture of a chair that was in the room which was covered in what looked like pet hair . Surfaces were not clean at all there was sticky stuff on side tables. Fridge had crumbs and hair looked like it was never cleaned. Cleaned the fridge myself before even using it and had to wipe everything with disinfectant wipes. My bathroom tub and toilet were both not the cleanest. Had to clean most of the bathroom myself, room even smelled musty upon entry. Saw a rat fall out of a tree by the smoking area and scurry along the fence. There was a huge dead cockroach outside the room by the stairs. There was an enclosed hallway to my room that had to be at least 90 degrees 24/7 because of all the ac units. Advertised as a hotel but was just a gated motel. Breakfast area was not even mopped one of the two days I stayed because I saw the same marks on the floor. Motel 6 would have probably been cleaner.

First off its crackhead central ...roaches dirty ass pool food was terrible ..10 outta 10 do not recommend

It was permanently in one mode. The hall ways going to the rooms were nasty. The room as ummmmm.

EL HOTEL ESTABA EN BUENAS CONDICIONES Y MUY LIMPIO PERO ESTUVIMOS 5 DIAS Y NUNCA PASARON PR LA HABITACION. NO IBAN A LIMPIAR ,TENIAMOS QUE SALIR A PEDIRLES PAPEL DE BANO A BOTAR LA BASURA Y NUNCA CAMBIARON LAS TOALLAS.

I did not eat breakfast I didn't like the fact that the place had a significant amount of roaches everywhere and got in to our food the bathroom was not clean at all like the tub looked like it was just used and the carpet was so dirty.
