Staff at hotel r GREAT ...they were very friendly & helped

I arrived at the hotel my partner had booked for me while I was on the road. I got in late at 11:30 and got my key after driving all day. The elevator didn't work, so I hauled my suitcase up the stairs where I encountered someone's urine that had been peed on a door, puddled on the walkway and dried. Gross. I find my room and have trouble getting the door open because the handle is sticky. I open the door and am smacked in the face with stale cigarette smell, even though I requested a non-smoking room. There were cigarette burns on nearly every flat surface. The floor was damaged, crunchy and dirty and pinched at my feet. The nightstand table drawers would not close because they were sticky and crumb-y. The pull out couch was so worn the seats can no longer hold a person - they would slide to the floor. I decided to sleep in my sleeping bag on top of the bed because this place seemed too gross to get into the sheets. It felt like something was biting me all night despite this. I had additional trouble sleeping, worried that my car would be broken into as the hotel street was lined with many unhoused encampments. I woke up at 6 and decided to shower and get on the road. Nope. The tub faucet barely worked. A thin stream of water was all that came out and the shower didn't work at all. All I wanted was to wash the ick off from the room, but no. All in all, this room was very dirty, in poor repair (the bathroom door had been busted & hastily glued back together) and disturbing.

Run down pit stop for the local homeless, street walkers and prostitution. Checked in around 11pm after traveling and was offered drugs and ‘services’ within 15min of arrival by those loitering around this motel. Ignored my intuition and checked in, went up to the room and was back in my car within 20min. The room was clean and the sheets looked pressed but otherwise patchwork maintenance and dilapidation was the overall theme it seemed they were going for here. Safety latch was busted hanging by a single screw. That dingy motel smell was the first thing to hit you on the way in. Needless to say I ate the cost of the room and left having not touched a thing but the lights.

The room was big and a friendly cat was on the premises. This place was in a decrepit state, and had a funky odor that was not so pleasant. There were stains on the wall, lampshades, furniture, and doors. The air-conditioner did not work. There was a coffee maker that had no carafe. If I had not paid in advance, I would not have stayed here. The property required a $50 deposit on top of my pre-payment, but I have yet to see that refunded.

The hotel is extremely ran down. Pictures on website do not match what the hotel actually looks like. I was at the hotel for less than 10 minutes before I made the decision to leave. Felt very unsafe.

Im still waiting for the refund, i submitted all the pictures that were asked. I cancelled because the AC os not working, cleanliness issue and we don't feel safe at the premises. Lots of homeless and tge place smells weeds. Lots of people standing and parked by parking lot and there is a cockroach

Bypass this place. Not very clean, people sitting around on the stairs, doors slamming and loud talking during the night. Going to check out, laying in the hallway were a pair of shoes, underwear and pants that we had t step over. Not a very good neighborhood either. Avoid at all cost, for what we paid it was a total rip.

This property is the worst I've ever seen. Something straight out of a horror movie. It was filthy, gross, broken down and unusable. Greasy dirty hand prints everywhere. Burn marks, melted/burned furniture, smell of smoke and chemicals. It was scary and unsettling to have the door locks broken and window broken just taped up. I am offended that this is ok to offer anyone. This property is terrible and is completely misrepresented. We couldn't be in the room longer than 5 minutes and left immediately cancelling our reservation. We were not refunded and brushed off being told to contact Hotels.com The manager was unhelpful and rude. He gave us a receipt that was wrong, not including the correct information and stating false information. Refusing to help us at all and that we have to take it up with Hotels.com. Worst experience ever. -10 Do not recommend.

Bad No Coffee or tea packs even room had a machine

The property was filthy. We stayed one night because it was late checked out and they refused to refund extended stay. It was filthy. There are people on the property doing drugs in the stairway and it was noisy.

The room windows were broken and the cable TV did not work.

Nothing DO NOT STAY HERE. There were prostitutes yelling in the parking lot. The room smelled of smoke and drugs. We did not feel safe. We left immediately. We are currently asking for a refund but have yet to hear back from the property.

The location was fine. The room was filthy. The staff wouldn't answer a question. I had to beg for clean towels.i will never stay there again. ∆
