Staff very rude and unprofessional. They will scam you so be careful

The facility was clean, safe and the staff were great! The breakfast was way better than expected. Nice fresh and well stocked. We needed the family suite and that part of the build had no hot water. There was an apology and a slight discount given for the unconvince.

The staff was nice and available. The electricity went out and when it came back on only part of the room had electricity. The air conditioner did not. Took about two hours before all came back on. The beds weren't comfortable.

The only reason we chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub and it was not working, which wasn’t noted. The TVs weren’t working because of a power outage the previous day. The room was not clean. I found a pair of false eyelashes still stuck to the handle in the shower.

Overall it's a great place to stay. My room was an A+. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was so good and the staff was accommodating whenever there was an issue with operating the pancake maker and the yogurt machine. I didn't like the ice machine being located in the laundry room. It seemed a little isolated inside the room which I think could create a safety issue.

There was a power outage during my stay and the front desk manager accommodated me the next day when I addressed my concerns Not have a power outage while we're there or repair the situation in a timely manner.

AC unit in first room did not work but friendly staff switched us out in a heartbeat and the room was an ice box. Rough area but no issues. All in all, decent.

Trash in parking lot. People hanging outside my room. Guys eating their free breakfast standing around food. Morning staff nice. I guess you get what you pay. I asked for non smoking room and it smelled like smoke.

The pool is in poor condition and dirty. The hot tub didn't work at all. I asked for pool towels at the front desk and was told there are none, the front desk person would not give us any extra towels. My key kept malfunctioning, so I had to keep going to the front desk, the 3rd time it happened I called and the front desk person came to the room, we figured out why the key was not working, I didn't realize my phone case was magnetic, so when it touched it demagnetized it. The last time she came she did not bring a key with her, so I had no key to the room. I was told I had to go to the front desk to get one. It wouldn't have been such a problem for me, except I had to get a 3 year and 11 year old to walk with me every time and it was quite a walk, they were spent.
