Nothing worked ac or tv moved on rooms for them all to be broken down

When I arrived, I was given the key to my room. Upon entering it, the room had an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke, and the bathtub had burn marks on and in it. I was so disgusted that i grabbed my stuff and went back to the main office to try and switch rooms. When I entered that room, it smelled far worse than the first one and the carpets were so filthy. My wife screamed when she went into the bathroom as it was so dirty and brown stains on the walls and showers. The room overlooked the dumpsters and had a high volume of homeless traffic. I went to back to the main office and checked out. Though the front desk clerk was nice and I did not blame him, the hotel is a mess, and we will never return there again sadly.

Room was a great size it had 3 TVs brand new but no channels to view supposedly it wasn't hooked up to any dish or xfinity I had to use my personal Netflix account. The phone in the room to the office didn't work. While trying to figure out TV issues we found all kinds of trash behind the dresser old bottles of alcohol, napkins and junk. The pictures online of outside is absolutely misleading homeless and prostitution all over and it definitely was not with in safe walking distance to Old Town Sacramento. I am very unhappy 🙁

We were put in a room with no working cable tv or phone lines. We asked for help three times and it was never resolved. My husband was yelled at by security for trying to go back to the hotel room with a cup of coffee. This hotel is in a very sketchy area. Would NOT recommend.

Homeless everywhere, even sleeping in hallways and door ways. I found a roach in the bathroom and the security for the crappy breakfast was taking pictures of guests in the dining area. Horrible experience

The staff was fine and the room was fine, but the (non-smoking) room smelled OVERWHELMINGLY of tobacco and, covering it, some VERY STRONG chemical perfume spray that made it hard to sleep. Felt toxic. My clothes still smell like the room 12 hours later.

Nothing if it was not for its location Props to the only person on the front desk. He had a line of I’m guessing the regular amount of people with no help in sight was in like for more that 20 min wait oh and also answered the phone. That man need a raise

Location was convenient but in a terrible neighborhood, a lot of homeless and trash everywhere. The bathroom was falling apart, the fridge froze all my food and the outlets for the bathroom weren’t working, nothing in the fitness room was working.
