Staff was very accomodating

Clean hotel, large room, dated and in bad part of town. Home less people everywhere! Some passed out in the street. Uncomfortable area and we travel extensively. Only two miles to town and restaurants but would not go back.

There was elevator and my suitcase was very heavy

Nice, clean, spacious room. Fantastic staff I prefer walking and it was not a place you want to walk around or from to anywhere. Not the great part of the town. Convenient to drive though.

Close to restaurants and downtown. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Very clean. Nice lobby.

The bed was not cleaned. I found a few hairs and didn't even sleep on it.

Only downside, the breakfast is pretty poor.

Room and facilities were clean.

Cozy hotel right by the Sacramento airport. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport, which made things very easy for us. A great hot breakfast is included with the stay, and coffee is available throughout the day. The hotel was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

We arrived on July 4th to a very clean place. We were a group of 8 people; the rooms were very well-kept, smelled good, and had working air conditioning. The person at the front desk was very friendly, and the next day, the person in charge of breakfast was very pleasant and helped us with our meal—it was magnificent service. We also got to enjoy the pool, the water was very clean, and it wasn't crowded. I sincerely recommend this place.

Great staff and super clean , was in a bad area so don’t walk around there at night

Only issue we had was the key reader to get into the building plus our door. Unsure if it was a problem with the key or the readers themselves but we had to try multiple times before any doors opened.
