Place is very dated exterior.rooms are more modern. Good breakfast

The staff was friendly. Our room was very clean and smelled good. The breakfast was lacking but coffee was good and hot.

Don't let the power go out in the middle of summer

The parking lot has many shady people hanging around and doing business. Check-in took a lot longer than usual. Breakfast options were very limited and there was no fruit, yogurt and limited seating.

Room was clean, very comfy bed. Def need to fix the doors as this door was so off line huge gap from handle to floor of about 3/4-1” wide. Not the best “tenants” some freak screaming about a sexual predator the first nite!! Need to actually clean the floors with a good LIQUID CLEANER like maybe SWIFFER!! cuz clean room floor shouldn’t make my towels brown if I walk on them on the floor!! Replace blinds that have worn out parts that light comes thru as well! Not bad for 2 notes but felt safer at the one in Roseville.

Housekeeping would often leave clean sheets in the room instead of changing the bedding themselves. The floors were not consistently cleaned. At one point, housekeeping left a box cutter in my room, which is a serious safety concern, especially for families with children. When I picked up the box cutter, I discovered roaches inside it. Housekeeping also killed a roach on the wall and left it there instead of properly cleaning it. The biggest issue was the noise and lack of security. The couple staying in the room next to mine was involved in a domestic violence incident that kept me awake throughout the night. I had to call the police twice after hearing a woman screaming, "You're killing me." No guest should have to spend the night listening to that or wondering whether someone is in danger. Cleanliness, safety, and the ability to sleep are basic expectations when paying for a room. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations, and management needs to do a much better job addressing housekeeping, pest control, and guest disturbances.

Additionally, the room next to ours had around 12 people staying in it. They were extremely loud throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the hotel. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and noise issues negatively affected our experience.

You get what you pay for, sometimes. I've stayed at a Surestay before and this did not live up to my expectations. If you need ice at night, too bad, because it's in the lobby which is closed. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Wet scrambled eggs and link sausages every day. The only positive thing i could say about this hotel is that I checked out. Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning the rooms. The air-conditioner was covered in small nats, and there was mold in the bathroom. And they definitely don't check the soap levels because the conditioner and body wash were both empty.
