Wonderful best place to stay

Nice clean bed, big fridge. Some people seem to live there, they are noisy at night, their old damaged broken beater cars do not improve the picture. Very high fences and gates, probably not the safest area. The full metal room doors add to the prison feel of the place. It was kind of ok for one night, but I would not book again.

You get what you pay for. Room smelled like cigarettes, checked in & checked right out as I did not feel safe in this room. The door did not lock correctly, when we first tried the actual KEY it did not turn, the door was open & had to be locked from the inside. Definitely needs some repairs.

The conditions of the room were much worse than advertised. There was no working deadbolt on the door to the room (it provided no barrier for being opened from the outside which is a violation of California Building Code Section 1004A), the bathroom was filthy, the plumbing for the toilet was barely functioning, there were hazardous wires, and dead bugs. When we requested a plunger, we were brought a dirty one. When we brought the issue up with staff, the man that came into the room was rude and thought that wiping the dirty shower floor with a rag was sufficient "cleaning". We prepaid for 3 nights through Expedia and contacted them to see about getting a refund. They said it was up to the property manager who apparently was unavailable on weekends. We waited three days for them to tell us we were denied a refund. We had left within an hour of check-in after seeing how bad the room was and ended up staying elsewhere. Do not stay here. We are filing a complaint with the city since the property is unhygienic and unsafe. The fact that the manager denied us a refund is despicable considering we didn't even stay there. I would have understood if they had charged us for the one night since we did go into the room, but refusing to refund us the two nights we weren't there at all is ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with how poorly Expedia handled the situation and will never use their website again.

Actual room pictures dont match with reality. Door to room looks and feel not very secured. Light cover had dead insects inside not clean and didn't even shower because of restroom didn't look accommodating. Im not booking at this place again.

Nice staff.🙂

Bare bones property. The parking lot smelled of weed. The room had a strange smell. There were red spots on the bathroom wall, the toilet seat had stains, floor was sticky. The fridge had stained ice. No amenities in the room except for a microwave and a fridge

Worst hotel experience ever. Plastic under bedsheets, sticky floor, old school door lock and key didn't close securely, families living there with children all over the place, noisy, thin walls, and when we returned to the front desk to return keys because we didn't want to stay there after all, the proprietor had the audacity to argue with us about wanting a refund.

They canceled my stay. I was unable to locate the hotel the night of my stay. I was unable to get ahold of the manager thru Expedia. I was unable to cancel thru Expedia. They stated it was too late. I booked my hotel at 9:30 pm. I lost $468. Booking thru Expedia. The whole ordeal was terrible. I got the cancelation package and was unable to use it. I was told I would have to pay for the first night but would get the next 3 nights refunded. I did not. I would like those 3 nights credited back. I still could night find the hotel the next day until the manager came out and flagged me down standing on the sidewalk.

Exceptional

only thing i can compliment is the gated parking no lock on the door, sold to us without warning. not to mention the door looked like it had been previously broken down. drain for sink sitting ontop of the sink. phone unplugged. holes in wall.

Absolutely nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I made the mistake and didn’t read the reviews and went solely off the status of 3 star. The location, the rooms, the linens, the lack of staff. The list could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and SKIP!!!!

I don’t know why this place has good reviews, it is absolutely disgusting. I’m not a clean freak but the smell is insane, stains and hair everywhere, and grime and build up all over the place. it was damn near a trap house. you can hear EVERYTHING and the doors don’t even close all the way. the pictures looked good, but i honestly should sue for false advertising lol. i booked this place for a quick, last minute one night stay. i didn’t look at the reviews because it looked fine enough and i was in a rush. BIG MISTAKE. this place is honestly a health hazard. it doesn’t matter if i last minute booked it if the room was available! it should’ve been clean! PLUS the front desk lady even called someone to confirm the room was ready and clean. please just spend an extra $30 and go somewhere else. i should’ve demanded a refund and went somewhere else but i was already exhausted from my day. (yes i am ashamed i stayed here). ALSO NOT SAFE FOR KIDS !!! I’ve never left a bad review anywhere except here. wish i took pictures to show you guys

Air conditioning not working. No washcloths, towels were stained, and I had a bug crawling on me while laying down. Don’t recommend.
