Things were wrong like hot water. They did fix it but the way the staff handled it was not what I would expect

Our stay was wonderful. Property is so clean rooms were newly remodeled. Staff was amazing. Will definitely stay there again and Chelsea at the front desk so pleasant and friendly.

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful and courteous. Let us borrow a shovel and castle bucket for the beach. Pool was clean. Within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and right across from the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Stayed for a night with family. Quiet, nicely maintained property. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Drinks and food available. We didn’t get anything, but it looked appealing.

Great proximity to the beach. However, there was no reason for self-pay parking as there was plenty of space in the hotel parking lot. $15 a day.

The room.and property were fine. The bed was horrible. It was very firm like sleeping on a board.

Great location and the rooms are a great size. A little worn, but clean. Checking in took a little time and apparently they didn’t do everything they were supposed to because we got locked out of our room after the first night because they never did a hold on our card. Everyone working the front desk was friendly except Donte. He is rude, sarcastic and condescending. Donte should perhaps be in a position where he doesn’t interact with people until he learns to engage and speak properly to guests. Good price, but would likely stay elsewhere next time.
