The location The headboards were very damaged. We found candy and snack wrappers under the bed, as well as a spiderweb with a spider that looked like it had been there for quite a while. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room.

The regency was great! We did have trouble with the toilet In The room not flushing properly but they sent a repairman quickly and we were able to stay without issue after that. Will stay here again. Nice and quiet.

Great location, comfortable beds, friendly staff, well lit area at night. We liked everything about this place, this is where we normally stay when in Saint Augustine

This hotel had excellent location in st Augustine directly across from the beach and close to the Amp (I was attending concert there). But the floor in room was so sandy I had to keep shoes on in room and a towel just to clean feet. Very outdated but spacious room. My biggest concern )as I was traveling alone) is that this hotel opened up their parking lot to the public to pay $15 and park there but not stay there. This policy brought in shady people who were also loud in the parking lot. This made it feel unsafe to a woman traveling alone. No security on property.
