Ocean Breeze Inn

This is a very convenient place to stay and we have stayed there many times with no problems.

Adequate for one night.

Clean, remodeled, nice cabinetry, very affordable, walk to a few local restaurants, walk across the street to the beach. No complaints for the purpose of our staycation!

Everything here was awesome the rooms are new and very clean the staff is friendly and very helpful location great beach is right across the street I've been here 4xs and every time has been a pleasant stay il definitely be staying here again Everything was great the rooms are better that most 5 star hotels we stay at and there very clean and the staff is great

Bad

The location was great for attractions. The room was rightly priced and comfortable.. The room could use some minor maintenance, but they just ended their busy season.

Location It wasn’t really clean and smelled musty, there was half eaten chocolate near the bed. They wouldn’t let you in 1 minute earlier than 3pm.

Nice and easy going great people Property was exceptional

Our greeting upon check-in was not a friendly encounter. The attendant was borderline rude and short. During our stay we were in need of toilet paper as we chose not to use daily room cleaning and when asking for it you would have thought it was gold. Not sure we will stay here again even tho it has been our go to for the last 7-8 years. Also the carpet was damp and dirty. We had to wear shoes in the room to stay clean.

Good location easy to navigate

I’ve stayed in some not so great 2 star hotels in my time and this was a very great choice for us. Recently renovated and updated, air conditioning and appliances all worked great, everything felt clean and fresh. I few plugs didn’t work, but we had a full kitchen sink and counter top which you would never get in other places so it made up for it. There wasn’t a lot of mirrors, just the one in the bathroom, and the lighting overall was a bit harsh and commercial in nature. But, having a fridge AND microwave makes up for it all.

Superb

It was close to the beach and food places. Beds to small. Shower curtain floods the bathroom.

There was a pool but there were no dining options or beverage bars on-site only vending machines. It was clean and just okay. Conveniently located next to Salt Life Food Shack, but that was the only plus probably wouldn't stay here again.

Helped disabled

Really enjoyed our stay. So close to the beach and everything needed was available. There was a fish hook on the floor when we got in our room and I’m glad we saw it before we stepped on it but other than that we did have a great stay and enjoyed the property

It was a great deal for being so close to the beach. The cheapest hotel around St Augustine that I could fine and the room was nice! Staff being more attentive and friendly. She was a little busy when I was trying to check in but it wasn't a huge deal, I was just wanting to hurry and get to the beach lol.

Exceptional

We stay here almost every year for our anniversary. It’s clean, priced very well for the location. My wife and I never cranked the car. We walked to restaurants and the beach daily. Great time Location, staff is great and their dog King is awesome!
