Days Inn by Wyndham St. Augustine I-95/Outlet Mall

with all the construction going on around there it was confusing how to get into and out of the location

The front office staff is always welcoming...even when it may have been several months since my previous stay. My room requests have ALWAYS been met, usually before checkin. On the occasions that I've requested a late checkout, I've always been accommodated. Parking has never been an issue. Rooms are always clean--even the smoking rooms smell fresh and don't reek of stale smoke. There are literally 100s of options when it comes to choosing accommodations in St. Augustine but I aways choose THIS Days Inn . Excellent value for price paid and the staff treat me like family!

Pros: Comfortable beds AC works well No bedbugs that I saw Cons: There were quite a few German cockroaches (little ones that crawl into your suitcases and come home with you) in the room so I had to make sure none of my stuff was on the floor and I slept with the lights on so they'd stop coming out of the walls. The lock was broken so I had to put chairs in front of the door but I did tell maintenance about it when I checked out. They don't leave the air on when you check out so entering the room was SWELTERING hot and took an hour to cool down. (This attracts roaches) When sitting on the toilet, you can see the mold on the underside ledge of the shower
