The hotel is nice and mostly clean. The carpets in the rooms are very dirty (I understand this can be common with so many people in and out and shoes but they should invest in cleaning themm. My feet should not be filthy just walking around the room). The shower water pressure was pretty bad. We had an accessible room due to availability, so I am not sure if that is why. The power went out this morning (Sunday 08/23) while I was in the shower and it caused the already terrible water pressure to be even worse. The pool was small but nice. Only goes to 5 1/2 feet deep. Would have been nice if there was a hot tub as well. I guess for the price of the room, I expected a little more in terms of amenities. The breakfast was good BUT there definitely needs to be AT LEAST 2 waffle makers. Having a 20+ min line to make a waffle when you have kids is kinda frustrating, especially having the next person breathing down your neck waiting. Also, having a bit more of a variety of options for food would be nice as well. The basic eggs, sausage and potatoes was ok but having bacon, grits, maybe some veggies or something would be a nice addition. Finally, the parking situation. I was NOT told at check in that it was valet only. I was NOT told at check in that there was a daily parking fee. While these aren't an issue, the staff needs to be transparent. I should not have had the valet guys telling me when I tried to park my vehicle because I was not informed at check in.

Very friendly staff and a very clean environment. Breakfast was hearty tasted great. The room we stayed in was huge with plenty of space and great amenities. I would definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Everything was perfect per my family vacation

Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Angelique and Lisa really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be a regular guest.
-
Very nice hotel except for the mandatory valet parking. $29 a day to park on the hotel lot is ridiculous.
-
The system of valet parking is not necessary

Just one recommendation I guess for future visitors. You need to set and area with some good grass area for the owners with pets Not for it to be in the back of the building how it was set up now. Being the front area or semi sides area well lit is sufficient for a woman walking the pets. Was very little grass area up front it was full of dry mulch that hurts the doggies paw pads. Doggies look for grass that is all they need to do there needs and the parents pickup the needs of each owner pet Thank you and take care

During my check in, I was pleased to be advised my room had been upgraded with no additional costs! Loved that. Wasn’t excited about the valet parking only for the hotel considering the parking area was so easily accessed.

Really come to the adventures we went on Had to ask them to come in and clean the toilet when we got to our room. There was someones pee on the toilet seat and pubic hairs. For what we paid it was gross. I only stay at Hilton... maybe not anymore....

Everything about this stay was perfect. Receptions, valet, room, pool and the breakfast area.

Everything was amazing. The beds could have been a little more comfortable but

When the construction on the bridge is done, it will be accessible to the old town area. The staff seemed bothered to help us at the front desk. My Aunt was doing laundry and someone had their clothing sitting in the dryer. When she went to the front desk the worker told her that there was nothing to do and was rude about it. Also, check in is 4 pm and our rooms weren’t ready until almost 6!!

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The service was good, and the staff was attentive. The breakfast was basic but adequate. The only downside was the parking fee, which is $29 per night, a bit on the expensive side.

Quite and family welcomed. Low grade breakfast.
