It was ok

Check-in was great , upon inspection of the room the bathroom had a strong odor of mold, temperature outside outside was 100° the swimming pool pool was out of order when I expressed my concern to the front desk staff they became very defensive and slightly aggressive went out to the car at 11 o’clock to retrieve something with a parking lot full of suspicious characters, not recommend this hotel for a family

My fiance’ and I had an amazing experience. And close to downtown as well!

Clean and cozy!

Man at front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable…..but when I had ask what time the pool closed as I was checking in, he told me open til 9pm. Went to room, unpacked, got our bathing suits on, headed to pool and passed a family of 5 with a little boy crying saying “I hate this motel”. The dad ask me if we were going to pool because they had just walked over there and It was closed and had been the past two days of their stay. They were very disappointed as was I when I also saw they had it closed. Went to office to ask ….as when i checked in 1/2 hour earlier, he answered it stayed open til 9pm. When I ask if he could open it he just said so sorry pool is closed. The only reason I chose this motel over 2 others I had looked at was because it had a pool which I planned to use a lot during our stay. I felt so sorry for that family who had booked 5 days there to be able to swim with their kids! He stated they could not get their money back as we couldn’t either. Pool closed with no reason ruined this experience for us. Be sure to make sure gate is open to pool before booking if you are wanting to use it.

The room was old. The bathroom was covered in black mold. If I wasn’t stuck in a rain storm, I would’ve never stayed there paid $84 for a horrible place
-
The room was very clean. Easy parking. The staff was very nice. We forgot out speaker and Kalpash was very kind to go to the postal office and ship it to us. The location is very convenient as it is very close to the historical center. I would def stay here again!
-
Almost passed this place because how bad it looked. Did not have enough parking for our work trucks. Transient people everywhere. 10/10 do not recommend coming here or booking as they refuse any kind of refund. Don’t book here unless you want a bad experience
-
Did a last minute reservation after hours and they still had it ready when I showed up no gimmicks or hick ups would recommend again and again!! Verry clean room quiet and comfortable
-
Good location. Close to restaurants, music and shops. I would stay there again for a very reasonable price.

Our room had a weird wet smell. Also they required a $100 deposit after we had paid in full at our booking. Said they would refund it at check out which was only a 1 night stay. My refund on the deposit was supposed to go back on my card the day of check out according to staff. Of course it’s still not back on my card and could take up to 3 days.

Nothing.

The parking was the only issue. There was plenty of it but the spaces are tight. I have a Jeep Gladiator and it was tight to park it.
-
It was an average stay until I woke preparing to check out and find a cockroach in the shower. I videoed it to show the female that has been in the office every morning since my arrival. She glanced at the video and was very dismissive towards me. Not one apology or concern about what I just showed her. She checked me out and said “ok all done”

It’s what you’d expect for the price. Staff was great, the check in area looked nicer than the rooms. It was updated but minimally, cleanliness was fine but the room was super musty and moldy smelling. We were only there and awake for a few hours but if I was to are there for a time I would not stay here and be comfortable.

The staff is really helpful and kind. The pool is amazing. It's very well kept and safe. There are a lot of cameras around and very close to a lot of things

Was fine. I didn't have any issues. Clean and comfortable
