The Conch House Marina Resort

There was confusion on my reservation. The clerk said I booked two rooms, which I incorrect. She said she couldn’t give me a refund but I would have a “room” credit for a future stay. Not knowing if or when I would be back. The next day I met with the manager and showed her my Expedia paperwork which showed only a single room reservation. She gave me a refund for the additional room. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant food was excellent. With the exception of some drunk old men at the pool the first evening. It was a most enjoyable experience. Close to beaches and old town. The wall staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

It was amazing and our little family getaway couldn't have been better. Its perfectly located 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The staff was awesome friendly and the grounds keeper took pride in the resorts history.. the only complaint that I have was I didnt have more vacation time.

This is a beautiful property. The food was amazing as well! The motel manager was above and beyond and even opened the gift shop early so I could make a purchase!

Old Florida- St. Augustine, Unique Resort with attached Marina; Restaurant; Over-Water Bar; Swimming Pool—- and the cutest updated cabana- type suites. Several Fishing Charters and Boat Tours leave from the expansive docks lined with various boats and small yachts. The Conch House Resort has been in existence for about 80 years. Have been coming here since the 70’s—- always enjoyed my experience there

Everything was great except there was a couple dead bugs in each room of the two rooms. The restaurant had amazing food and the drinks and vibe was outstanding. I’d come back again even though there was a dead roach in the bathroom 😳. The beds and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable.

This is a great place to stay and enjoy all Anastasia/ St Augustine area has to offer. Great location, excellent food, and an old Florida vibe you don’t find very often. 😎

Staff was super helpful and very very kind! We kept our boat at the marina as well. Easy to navigate, can't wait to stay again!!

This place is amazing

Absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful resort! Room was just fantastic. So spacious and beautiful designed. Bar out on the marina dock was just great. As was the restaurant where the food and service was great. Nice little pool to relax. The resort is in a great location with plenty bars and restaurants close by and not too far to walk over the bridge to the historic district. What a great find this was!

We spent one night. Staff was extremely helpful. This is an old school Florida motel. Very nostalgic.

It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. All the appliances and electronics worked properly. They were plenty of towels, including beach towels to use for the pool. The pool was very clean, spacious and 7 1/2 foot deep. The shower was very spacious. Bathroom was very spacious and clean the patio area outside of the room was very nice. Had two chairs and a table complete with an ashtray for those who smoke. It would be nice if they could partner with the breakfast diner down the street to offer a discount which could be an incentive for earlier checkout times from customers as well as bringing in more business to the local diner, the food there is amazing and the service is great!
