Super friendly and professional staff with great recommendations! Incredible experience from check in to comfy beds with a great night of sleep after an eventful night at the amphitheater. $5 trolly shuttle drop offs with Lloyd. Loved our stay, walkable distance to restaurants and bars. Thank you and we’ll be back!

Overall, I had a good experience at voco. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly, and everything else was great. The only issue was that the check-in process was very slow and took longer than expected. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

The property was easy to get around considering I had my little dog with me for the first time at a hotel Rooms are clean but tight, bed comfortable. Front desk was very nice and smooth check in/out. One thing I can suggest is upgrading to full shower doors or curtains. The half of shower door leaves lots of water all over the bathroom floor while taking a shower. I’d say it’s a design flaw.

Location was good but pictures are deceiving the pool is very small the hotel is extremely understaffed there was only one person working the front desk, they charge you to park your car even though we had to park outside and not in the garage seemed slightly over priced didn’t even have one bottle of complimentary water in the room. For almost $300 a night I would say you’re better off at the Hilton garden nine.

The Voco is nice and clean. We always stay here when visiting.

Great hotel and helpful staff

Convenient location to historic district, quiet side of St. Augustine. Clean rooms. Parking underneath is tight and limited due to reserve spots for Diamond Elite partners. They do have parking outside in well lit area. Would recommend if only needing a place to rest your head for the night.

Liked nothing Had the most horrible smell musty and sour it made me have a head ach and my husband left with a cough. I left at 6:00 am mind you we only booked one night it was that bad. DO NOT STAY HERE Also did not feel clean nor did the pool.

I have to say most coffees when you travel in your room is awful and I need to tell you the coffee in this room was excellent I didn’t like several things though I didn’t care for the shower because the showerhead was too high and no grab bars at all. You don’t have to be disabled, handicap, or old, to need grab bars. Next is no microwave in the roomand I was told it was because they didn’t want to smell of food in the hallway and then I saw on a review that they say they don’t have them because it’s European . To be honest, I don’t care all I know is there was no microwave and I’ve done a lot of traveling and there’s always been a microwave.. It also advertise that there was breakfast and yet we didn’t have a voucher so you didn’t get breakfast. I didn’t see anything online about needing a voucher. I just saw that they had breakfast.. We also have to pay for parking which was $10 a day. I’m not sure if it stated that but I do know that whether you got a space underground or outside yet pay the $10 where’s the fairness in that? I can understand if they had limited space in the underground and you’d have to pay $10 but if your car is out in the elements, why are you paying $10? I just think they need to look at what they offer and either change it or add it correctly to the description

Staff are so amazing and friendly. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Walking distance to restaurants in the area and close to The Amp. Overall great vibe!

Was quiet, parking lot. Staff at front desk was not friendly, also cleaning staff knocked to the door earlier than check out time. If you arrive at night you can’t have some dinner here, no staff/no people at all. Location not in historical part of the town, you have to walk 15-20 min to it. Charge for the dog bigger than I have in any hotel at east cost and horrible rules about pets. Was there 3 weeks ago, but still remember that horrible experience.

The staff was friendly but obviously brand new to the job Our first room had a terrible smell so we were moved and placed in a room half the size of the first. The water smelled like rotten eggs in the shower and in the sink. We had to pay for parking despite paying for the night in the hotel. There’s a $200 hold on my account on top of the nearly $300 paid for the room. Breakfast was not included at all. The size of the pool is truly laughable. I would never stay here again even if the room were free.

Convenient, clean, and quiet.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the people on the street behind the hotel were loud.

This was my second stay at this property. First was great and enough to book again. This time will be our last. The room had a smell, reminiscent of

I had an emergency and spoke directly with the manager. During that conversation, he told me that if Expedia approved the refund request, he would honor it. However, when Expedia contacted the property, I was informed that he repeatedly disconnected the call and later stated that he never agreed to approve the refund. This directly contradicts what he told me during our conversation and has left me feeling misled and disappointed.

Bar only sold beer and wine. No coffee available for guests, and not much for purchase at the pantry. No good restaurants near by.
