Beautiful view, away from the crowds but close enough to feel connected to the activities of the strip. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and nice shower.

The hotel sits right on the bay on the other side of the lions bridge, why l mention this is parking in St Augustines can really be a problem, so you can leave your car at the hotel and walk to town and fort. A real plus and no charge for parking like some others in town. Can't say enough about the staff and the breakfast, not your typical buffet. You won't be disappointed. Room is clean and quiet, it's not a five star hotel, but you are not paying a 100 dollors more a night. In my opinion really enjoyed this hotel and will stay there again.

The view and free breakfast. They were very kind and hospitable. I requested a handicap assessable room but didn’t receive one.

Just great. From the Room to the view to breakfast. Great location and there was a golf cart shuttle downtown but the walk across the bridge is amazing. Great restaurant's, shops, and bars in walking distance on the beach side of bridge.

We have stayed at Marker 8 on several occasions but unfortunately this will be our last. The hotel is tired with extremely noisy and ineffective air conditioning. For the price there are better hotels.

The breakfast is was amazing! We loved our view and the bed was very comfortable also. The toilet ran a little slow like there may have been trouble with the water pressure

Clean, comfortable room with a great view of the inlet! Nice patio chairs on the balcony. Great breakfast with the most friendly staff. Convenient to downtown St. Augustine. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Clean, comfortable room. I loved the patio, and really enjoyed the great water views. Easy walk across the bridge to historic downtown area. Lovely breakfast area, wonderful service.

Excellent friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Nice relaxing pool. Breakfast was exceptional and the chef and servers were fantastic. Very convenient walking distance to to Historical District. 2nd time stay and we will be back.
