Me and my husband have wanted to try the Edgewater Inn for some time. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The patio view of the river was beautiful. We were served breakfast with real dishes by the desk attendant. The breakfast was prepared in house. We will definitely go back. It was also very quiet.

The staff were extremely helpful which allowed us to have an early check iin. The Edgewater is indeed on the river's edge which was great. It is just over the bridge from old St Augustine which is where we wanted to visit so all in all I would recommend it. The decor of the room was a little 'tired'.

Parking was easily accessible. I called the night before about a late check in and Sue was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast in the morning was good, however on the first morning the woman that was behind the counter was not very friendly. I just figured she probably was having a bad day. Everyone has a story so I was trying to show her some grace. Happy Hour was a nice added touch. Met some really nice people. Overall our stay was good and I would definitely stay there again.

The view is amazing. We love the location. The staff could be a little more friendly. Just a little more personality. One older lady that checked us in was very sweet and had personality you like to see when you walk into a business. We have stayed here multiple times. And will continue to come back. Nothing really

This is a older retro establishment, so if your mind set is up scale... look on! But if you are looking for a relaxing, hospitable, down to earth stay, this is a great place! From evening social hour to homemade breakfast, this place has all a 5 Star has, but with kindness!! Sit out on your or I hate patio and take in the city lights across the river, or walk across the bridge and do the Oldest City, either way you are a winner. One of the best - if not the best - stays we have ever had... looking forward to coming back!

Location, nice view on St. Augustine Humidity smell in de rooms and airco makes a lot of noise.

Location is great. Parking right in front of the room. Great breakfast casserole! I even asked for the recipe. We had a little bad luck. Room #17 had an air conditioner leak that needed 3 towels to contain and the tv was locked and required a code for local tv.

This was a very cute inn to stay in. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman serving breakfast, who was able to give us a history of the area. The view of the water is beautiful. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the room. Other than that, great stay!
