The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very nicely located and easy to access. The room was clean and bright. Great selections at breakfast: juice, yogurt or cheese, fruit, croissant and bread and of course coffee, tea etc. Dinner was also available on site with delicious options at reasonable prices.

Shower room was tiny and the room was a bit hot (no AC). At some point the parking was totally full.

Perfect, clean modern room, safe parking, very easy check in. Welcoming of dogs. Cafe and restaurant downstairs. Lovely area near the river, lots of small shops. Only 5 mins to motorway. Our 3rd time here and we will be back...

Tea/coffee/water not available in the room.

The restaurant was closed which was extremely annoying as we had travelled all day and didn't want to go out to eat.

Thé staff in the bar and restaurant were very pleasant and efficient. The room was like a hostel room, or prison cell. It may have been suitable for workmen staying overnight as most of the guests in the restaurant appeared to be. But for the last night of our holiday after a gruelling 8 hour journey in awful weather it was awful room, apart from it was clean. It was also painted in the most revolting salmon colour as was the rest of the accommodation area. Everything apart from the bar and restaurent staff in the evening.

We spend just 1 night, but it was perfect for our family. We liked the private parking and the kitchen which had everything a family needs. The room did not have enough fresh air when we arrived at 9pm.

Very nice location only 5 mins walk to river walks and restuarants. Gave us ground floor room as requested due of dog. Infact large family room. Has bar and restaurant. Bar used by locals. Room had damp issue with Mold on ceiling cornice. Needs ventilating when not in use or cause checking out. We didn't eat here as food only served for one hour and no one able to tell us the menu.
