The location It’s wasn’t what I was expecting for a hotel near Stad the France.. it’s wasn’t clean enough, water wasn’t warm, air con wasn’t working well even one of the staff helped but wasn’t working well..

Nice and clean, quiet hotel when we stayed. Hotel 10 min walk from RER B train line. They ran regularly into Gard de Nord where you needed to change (at least once) onto the Metro into central Paris. Bit of a faff with young children but doable. We had 2 rooms, AC struggled to keep rooms cool in both. We also had problems with hot water and had to move rooms, advised this is due to ongoing renovation. Don't get caught out like we did, its a max of 4 per room even if (as in our case) your infant doesnt need a regular bed, despite there being plenty of space for a travel cot. It's apparently their hotel policy, which seems nonsense but thought id mention so others are aware, this wasnt made clear when we booked and in fact emails from hotel confused the matter further.

Nothing There were renovations going on and the hotel did not diaclose this beforehand. No AC and not hot water and it was so loud with the renovations. Staff was super unhelpful and dismissive.

Good sized room for family. Good blackout blinds. Quiet location but easy access to central Paris

It was at a good location . Nice restaurant close by and a huge stadium next to it The toilet was separate from bath and was like a plane toilet. I felt it was moving a bit since it was at an elevation

Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and allowed to take our dinner in the lobby (can recommend nearby sushi place - decent sushi). Air conditioning was working even during June Paris heatwave (+40 degrees), though could be better. Trains and metro - a few hundred meters walk away. Minor inconveniences - some wall sockets were worn out and could not hold a charger. Showerhead was sliding down. If you arrive during one of the heatwaves - ask for a room NOT on top floor. Air conditioning is centralised - you can not adjust temperature. And on the top floor air conditioning works, but not enough.
