L’établissement est très bien placé, accessible et chaleureux Les chambres donnent sur la cour intérieur très lumineuse calme qui offre un super contraste avec l’environnement alentour Le personnel a été très accueillant et disponible L’hotel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner d’ordinaire, cependant à l’occasion du concert ils nous ont mis a disposition des boissons chaudes / jus de fruits et viennoiseries de très bonne qualité dans la cour intérieur On a passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain évènement

Nothing Everything

We booked this hotel last minute. Lyas at the front desk was super helpful in accommodating our request for a room type needed for a physical condition my wife has and changed our room to one that was well suited for our needs. Our room was clean and also on the first floor. The front desk also gave us guidance on where to eat and what to be cautious about - very useful information that we used to enjoy a good meal in St. Denis, and area we were unfamiliar with. We felt safe in an area that seemed more suburban than central Paris. We encountered the following issues. We were unable to find an English speaking channel on the TV. Wifi in our room was poor.

Nice and friendly staff that does their very best to accommodate any request that you may have. The hotel is located close to a clean canal, which offers a great place to sit and enjoy the weather and the surroundings. There is a supermarket across the street and good connections to public transport. None

It’s so close to the stadium - very convenient location - the staff was nice and the room was great The quad room is great for friends to share but the room is very hot for the loft area - other than that it was great

The room smells like smoke. The area is absolutely dumb and looks like a third world.

Close to CDG airport You need take a bus or taxi from the nearest station.

The bed was comfortable, shower/bathroom area clean. This area was not good for a solo traveler. Very few food/shopping options around. Train stations near, but not many routes available there.

It was clean, bed and towells greeted me in a beautifully done way. I liked the shower and toilet room, there was a lot of soap. You can find a bus stop at the front door that goes to the metro Mega-thin walls, you can hear everything. When people enter their rooms using cards you can hear very loud door system opening sound. If you get a room near the reception I believe it will be even worse. Try to ask for a room farther from reception and main entrance.

The room we booked was not what we got. We upgraded at the hotel for a different room, after paying we received the SAME room. Went up front to inquire things got hostile. We contacted booking, concierge said we’d be refunded and then refused to continue with the process. Ultimately we had to go through booking to get our refund back.

Absolutely nothing. If you like half-alive bugs in your bed, urine on the toilet seat, pubic hair in the bed, and just the overall room smelling like cat piss, then this is the place for you. The room was so disgusting I couldn’t even stay the night here and had to get a hostel 1 hr away. Avoid at all costs. Area is also sketchy and management could care less about your stay.

Bedroom was clean, it had AC, the bed was comfy and the bedroom in general was in really good conditions including the bathroom. Staff were nice and helpful as well. 10/10 all the way through. There is nothing wrong that I found. Maybe only that the machines at the front only receive cash and to me that’s an inconvenient butttt not big deal

Great location for the rugby at stade de France just a short walk across the canal bridge and you are there. The staff were very helpful. Not much around the hotel to do, but it's only a 10 minute walk to the train station. We had a coffee machine in the room but no pods for it were provided

The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady is very thorough and nice. The day receptionists were very nice, and helpful. Once the heating was sorted, and a bigger room given it was more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, good sleep. No breakfast on site and no decent egg breakfast place nearby. Coffee machine but no coffee pellets to make coffee.The first room was supersmall for two people. Environment not comfortable to be going around looking for suitable place to have breakfast in subdegree weather. At night, had to leave my room into subdegree weather to get toilet paper from reception cos night receptionist couldnt leave the reception- only one person working at night.
