Clean , room was big and conformable Very poor room-cleaning service. I had to ask reception for toilet roll, coffee, clean cups and glasses almost every day, despite the room having already been serviced. The only things the room service seemed to do were make the beds and provide towels. Even then, only two towels were provided, despite there being three of us on the booking and it being clear that the second bed was in use. This was very careless and disappointing service. The images below show our used coffee cups and glasses that were simply left behind after the room had supposedly been cleaned

Was next to a train station which was good. First room had a leak from the ceiling. Would not move our room as they didn’t have any, then they moved us into 2 separate rooms. The next room also flooded from the shower everytime we used it and they didn’t move our room so we had to deal with it. Very poor customer service

Nice views over Paris and Eiffel Tower Nice property but the air conditioning not working in all the rooms, staff was friendly but we have spent part of the time at the reception We couldn’t charge the EV as the wall plug didn’t work

Location was good, price is competitive and breakfast was excellent. So many varieties to choose from. Transportation to other parts of Paris was easy.

Northern Paris location. Bilingual staff. Roof top bar and pool. View over Paris across to the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable adjoining rooms. Easy access to the train into central Paris.

Lovely room and rooftop bar. Polite staff. I had some questions regarding the billing, and I tried to contact them through Booking and never got an answer. Luckily, everything finally resolved itself.
