We have stayed here on a number of occasions. The room is always lovely and the quiet location is excellent, yet only minutes from the motorway . There is a restaurant a few minutes walk away. There is plenty of space to walk the dog towards the coast

Room met expectations, close to highway and city. Front desk was friendly. Shower door designed to be open on one side which let water leak on floor - perhaps could be improved.

Very clean and comfortable, location for me was fantastic as I was traveling and it was close to the highway, but it looked to me it was also very close to Saint Jean de Luz. Staff was super nice.

Free parking is a big plus. The space was big and never had issues finding a spot even though there were a lot of guests and cars. Breakfast was OK. The reception was nice and clean. The room reeked of animal pee. It was a bad experience since they have the nerve to charge extra for pets. Clearly they should pay closer attention to each room after cleaning is complete to have some degree of quality assurance. What makes this worse is that as a pet owner you pay more than the regular guest, but you get second citizen type of treatment. Feels like if you bring a pet you get stuck in a small selection of rooms and somehow that means you have to put up with a smelly room?

Nice and quiet. Clean. Basic hotel, no fridge, paper cups, no milk for tea, no netflix, small towels, no hot breakfast food.

Nice and clean I booked it as I was staying with my pet dog but it wasn’t ever communicated to me that the dog would not be allowed in the bar/breakfast area even though I specifically said I was travelling with a pet
