Built in the style of a traditional Basque farmhouse, this B&B is 3.6 mi from the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It features an outdoor swimming pool and is 1640 feet from Lafitenia Beach. All the rooms at La Maison Tamarin offer panoramic views of the mountains or ocean and some rooms have their own balcony or terrace. Each room has a private bathroom equipped with a bathrobe and a shower or bathtub. A large lounge with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player is available for guests’ use. Guests can also relax on the paved sun terrace or enjoy the views from the 7.5 hectare garden. Tamarin House is 6.8 mi from the resort town of Biarritz but only 5 mi from Biarritz golf course.

Stylish country house in the heart of surfing spots, allocated far from noisy crowds. Great nature around, mountains from one side and seaside from another, very greenish everywhere like in tropicals, beach just in a walking distance, and another two in 5-15 min walk. The building and apartment are designed in style of country house, great library and living room with the views. Breakfasts were superior!

The B&B was comfortable in a nice location away from the crowds. The room was small but to be expected in a B&B. The breakfast was good but pastry was all store bought. The grounds were lovely and a nice walk was nearby. The bed was a bit hard for our liking. I would have expected a more homemade breakfast at a B&B.

Short, nice walk into Guiterry where we had .lunch. Fabulous view over the parachuters to the sea. Nice good sized pool and beautiful landscaping. We had one of the two largest rooms. Some of the other rooms seemed nice but quite small. Maps to St. John would have hel;lped. We got off course a lot but the locals were friendly. There was nothing we didn't like

very nice and cozy home, with really welcoming hosts. the house is located right by the sea and has an amazing view. there is always basque cake on supply ;) our room was adjacent to the office and kitchen so we were woken up a bit early. Upstairs rooms are more quiet :)

Great breakfast but some people might want to eat earlier than 8,30. Doors to bathroom hard to close without looking it. One room door hard to lock. You need a car to gey around, few buses or trains available in this region.
