Beautiful, comfortable, clean

We didn't take breakfast ..;seemed expensive . Plenty of options in town which was just a short walk away . Hotel lovely and quiet ...spa excellent , too many people using it at the same time , but I guess that can't be helped . Staff were friendly , smiling and helpful. Not sure for the spa problem ..perhaps families at a certain time ?

Great location. Large apartment with kitchen. View of the mountains. Very close to the beach. Would stay again! Many high-end features, but tricky (or non-functioning) technology. For example, cooktop required staff member to unlock and downstairs bidet (Asian toilet) was on the fritz. Including some paper towels in kitchen would have been helpful.

Clean & Comfortable, great location

Location of the the hotel is in the city. The flat that was booked was located across the street from the hotel in a very good area, nearby shopping areas, restaurants and cafes. The flat was quite spacious and very clean. Each of the bedrooms included a shower. Washing machine is also included. Staff was friendly and helpful. Julian helped fix one of the windows in the room. Cleaning staff was also very friendly. The spa was very nice, with pool, jacuzzi and steam/sauna room. Spa service by Claire was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous location, friendly staff and beautifully appointed rooms. Possibly the best view in town!

Our favorite part of this visit was the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire Madison staff. They clearly explained everything, from spa hours, to breakfast options, and reception hours. It was very nice to have the option to get coffee all day on the balcony! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The breakfast buffet was a deal, with many options and delicious coffee! The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed! We could even cast our phone apps to watch english tv! Wifi worked very well. And finally, the location was close to everything! The harbour, the beach, shopping, grocery, and historical buildings. We will be back, and The Madison is where we will stay.

Huge beautiful apartment with hotel services. In the heart of the village. Immense rooms, amazing bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian shopping streets. 5 minutes from the beach. Free access to the hotel’s pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Our room was super clean, designed with style, had a very comfortable bed and we really felt rested after sleeping there. The staff at the reception was doing some jokes too and was helpful at the same time.

Lovely decor, super comfortable beds, very spacious, and location was fantastic! In a 2 bedroom with 4 guests we would have appreciated 2 bathrooms, rather than 3 showers and 1 toilet. I suppose difficult to change such things.
