We had a magnificent stay at Mosaik hotel. The staff is super nice and helped us get around the city by recommending us places to eat. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing too. The location is perfect and near St. Jean de Luz’s city centre. The bedroom was nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable!! We couldn’t hear any noise outside and inside so we rested peacefully!! We will come back for sure ?? We loved everything!!

A lovely welcome when we arrived..The location was very central. We stayed one night before beginning the Camino del Norde. I would love to return for a longer stay.

decor was fresh & bright. hotel staff were very supportive. breakfast was excellent. Room was super clean but rather small. no wardrobe, just a hanging rail bathroom had no adequate shelving over the washbasin. Room was on second storey up with 4 flights of stairs. hotel is without a lift.

Comfortable details. Lots of counter space in the bathroom, so there was room for our stuff, plus short shelves on the sides for more things. Night tables with plugs on both sides of bed. Smart clothes hanging area and luggage storage. Great location and great breakfast. Considerate staff - they even have umbrellas for guests. Friendly service and courteous employees. Nothing

The only downside is parking, not much you can do about that. Don’t arrive in a large car!
