View. Close to activities. Great breakfast. Eggs to order special. Dinners good. Heat in the west windows of bar and restaurant. Nice outdoor seating in the morning.

The location was tremendous. The food was superb. The staff were generally helpful and engaging. There was a small amount of arrogance but overall excellent. The shower tended to soak the entire bathroom floor.i think its a bit of a design flaw, but a very minor issue

The location was incredible—right on the beach and very walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff worked hard to provide guests with a warm and welcoming stay. We appreciated the thoughtful gestures, such as bottled water for our car trip, the welcoming drink, and the thoughtful turndown service. The bed was very comfortable, and so was the room.

The location was great with direct access to the ocean, the view was incredible but what stood out was the service we received. The staff there goes beyond and above and this makes the experience truly the best.

We didn’t take breakfast. The restaurant location and decor is exceptional. The restaurant service on Christmas Eve was not the best. I understand the difficulties, but the service could have been better.

The Hotel is located directly at the busy promenade of SJdL. It features a nice lounge area outside as well as restaurant tables. Both great to see the sunset. the staff was very friendly. the gym is basic. the spa had few lounge chairs and is very dark. the aqua bike course was fun.
