Beautiful room very large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet extensive. Front desk/reception staff were very nice. Materials about the spa were only written in French. Staff in the spa classes, very unfriendly, not helpful, never smiled and generally unpleasant

Great location, decor and quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa was fantastic! The exercise staff were well trained and provided good classes.

The spa was nice but can get crowded, great facilities to unwind n the salt water pool was amazing for the aching feet n knees. There were no English translations. We felt like they didn’t want us to there but got google translate and got over it. Town was nice

Lack of comfort in room.Lack of consideration in room for persons with modest infirmities ( seating too low and too deep,poor shower arrangement).Atmosphere a bit too "pushy" and commercial.Restauration too tapas orientated.

The head concierge Christophe was amazing. TOTAL customer service. Deserves recognition from the owners of the hotel. Did not stay long enough. So need to return. EVERYTHING EXCELLENT

I was told you didn't have my reservation. I made a mistake with the name of the hotel and went to the wrong one but when they rang you to find the booking, you said there wasn't one. Ultimately it transpired that our Christian name and Surname had been transposed but it didn't take a rocket scientist to work out that it might be the same person. No refund or even partial refund was forthcoming which was disappointing to say the least.
