We only stayed to go to a gig at the Secret Place nearby. Perfect for our needs.

A no frills budget hotel next to a main road on the edge of an industrial estate on the south west outskirts of Toulouse. Easy to access if approaching from the west and there is ample secure parking for guests. Reception staff are friendly. The room and en suite bathroom were basic but clean. Wifi is free and it works. There is a bus stop nearby for access to the city centre (you have to change onto a tram - it takes about an hour). Convenient location (5 minutes walk) from Secret Place TAF music venue which is why I stay here. Road noise is noticeable - not too much of a problem in some rooms but those facing directly onto the main road could be rather noisy.

As expected, this was a very functional hotel with a comfortable bed and an effective, albeit basic, shower and toilet. We arrived very late and the staff went to substantial effort to supply us with the necessary codes to come in at 2 greet us personally. The attention that we got from what is basically a functional hotel was excellent The breakfast was as good as you would expect from a formulaic hotel, with jams yoghurts, croissants and bread. The cereals were limited to cornflakes and cocoa pops which is fine for children; I would have liked to see some sugar-free muesli or even simply oats - there were almonds, prunes, dried apricots, etc. available to add but not the basic groups

The noise from the street was unbearable. Closing the window was not an option as it was hot as hell in the room. Awful place.

QUANDO IL TUO ALBERGO FRANCESE TI SODDISFA APPIENO We barely survived the experience including: -greasy hand prints all aver the bed structure ( that by the way was probably designed to host the family dog and not an adult human being- the booking was for 3 adults! Fully sized ones I mean...) -a watermelon seed spit? Lost? and found in the dog' s bed ( see photo included) -multiple bed bugs bites and rash on my daughter back and legs diagnosed by daddy-doctor -a couple of hairs decorating the shower -the chronic lack of shower towels due to a maid not knowing the equation: 3 persons/ 3 towels and not 2 big ones + 1 very small. We all take pleasure in personal hygiene). Anyway thanks Family Bertoldi

It's a cheap(ish) chain hotel next to a busy main road on an industrial estate on the outskirts of Montpellier. Plenty of free parking which is secured at night with a code activated gate. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but they are clean and are fine for a short stay. I stayed there because it is just 5 minutes walk from a small rock concert venue (Secret Place) that I was going to. It is possible to get into the city centre by public transport - there is a bus stop nearby which goes a long route (40 minutes) to Garcia Lorca where you change onto a tram for the 15 minute journey to the city centre. Although the room didn't have AC there was a fan which was fine (and it was a very hot night) - as others have commented it's not practical to open the windows due to road noise. Not somewhere to stay for your holidays but OK for a stopover. The reception is closed between 1-4pm which can be inconvenient.

Exceptional

Best and stabel Wi-Fi after nine different hotels in France! You can hear everything, some guests just make a lot of noice. Somehow they have to get in and out of their room many times within late hours!? Also taking showers at 02 in the morning (showers in the hall way). I fell asleep around 4 in the morning, very bad experience.
