Location and facilities are great, walking distance from downtown and near the coast. Breakfast was continental and just right Nothing particular. The single room was enough for 1 person, with a nice balcony. And AC

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse och skulle mer än gärna bo här igen! Personalen var otroligt välkomnande, vänlig och hjälpsam under hela vistelsen. De gav oss flera bra tips om sevärdheter och praktisk information om området, vilket uppskattades mycket. Läget är perfekt – mitt emellan strandpromenaden och stadskärnan, med bekvämt gångavstånd till allt man vill se och göra. Rummet var fint och välplanerat. Vi hade ett rum med balkong mot innergården, vilket gjorde det lugnt och tyst. Klimatanläggningen fungerade utmärkt, och vi sov väldigt bra. Eftersom vi reste med en tonåring var sovalkoven en stor fördel – den gav känslan av ett eget rum i rummet. Dessutom var badrummet rymligt och fräscht. Parkeringen var också ett stort plus. Det finns ett garage direkt i hotellbyggnaden, vilket gjorde det enkelt att parkera och ta hissen direkt upp till rummet med väskorna. Frukosten höll hög klass. När vi kom ner blev vi vänligt visade till ett bord för vårt sällskap, och personalen serverade kaffe och te direkt vid bordet. De var mycket uppmärksamma och såg hela tiden till att vi hade allt vi behövde.

This was a very nice hotel, but it did not seem like a four star hotel. We liked that the parking is right underneath the hotel and.Ludovic was so nice to walk me to the parking garage to show me how everything worked. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. The terrace was a nice bonus. It was nice to have a small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator. Even though the parking is a bit expensive, it is definitely nice to have it right under the hotel with an entrance right into the lobby

The room was very comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Eric, the waiter at breakfast was superb - very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 50 meters away from the steps down to the beach. Excellent location. And only two blocks away from the old town. The view from the room was nothing special. I could have used more coffee capsules in the room for the Nespresso machine.

Location fine. Room had poor lighting. No complimentary coffee in lobby.Coffee maker in room dirty to use. Staff overworked and didn’t supply any extra amenities like previous hotel stays.Would not recommend.

Breakfast. Cold scrambled eggs,not luke warm but cold. Not a good selection of cereal.

Good location and friendly staff. Wierd layout, malfunction of a lamp. Upon arrival to the room I started sneezing so bad that my conclusion was it was not dusted for a long time.

Laundry service. Staff especially Louis. Location was perfect. Great restaurant recommendations. Absolutely nothing.

Clean, all mod cons and amazing position, just next to seaside and 5 mins walk from old town. Staff very helpful. I booked it as it advertised parking. However it had 10 spaces for 25 rooms meaning (I think) that you need to reserve these in advance. We didn’t realize that and the spaces were all in use. It was August in a prime tourist location so it took me 30 mins driving around busy streets to find somewhere to park the car- was a bit stressful!

Nice decor and comfortable. Everything we needed and the kitchenette was nice to have. The terrace was spacious and wonderful view of the beach. A baby cot was already set up for us when we arrived. Nice breakfast spread. Great location - Across the street from Sillon Beach and just a short walk to intramuros Parking was full when arrived, but we found free street parking close by. We got two rooms, but they were on separate floors (the family size rooms are all on the same level - a plus but also a bit noisy at times)...not a deal breaker, would absolutely return.

Everything was great. The suite was comfortable and perfect for our little family of 4. The bathroom was spacious. We had 2 balconies, one with a partial sea view. The bed was comfortable and king-size. The ac was great too. The little kitchenette was handy. Perfect location for the ferry and an easy walk into the walled town. Nothing.. well the fact we couldn't stay longer.

The location is great and definitely the main asset. The hotel is very cozy, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast had good options, and the staff was helpful. Street parking was easily found both days nearby. The dinner options were tasty and the kitchenette convenient. The sofa bed was ok with two young kids but would definitely be uncomfortable for bigger kids. And once open it's hard to reorganize the room furniture (a table and 2 bulky chairs) especially knowing that there is one little cupboard available for a room of four people so the suitcases need to stay opened on the floor. The coffee (cappuccino) at breakfast needs to be improved.

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 semi adult children in the Privilege suite. The suite was super nice and spacious with a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with large fluffy towels, a large balcony (no sea view however), a living area with a small kitchen in a cupboard and couch that served as bed for the kids. I wouldn’t recommend the sleeping couch for full grown adults, it was just ok for our kids. It was nice to have aircon in the room as we stayed in July. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast once at the hotel as there are many breakfast options in the area. The breakfast from the hotel was simple but fine. The location of the hotel is excellent: right opposite the beach and a 5 minute walk to the walled city center. They also have their own parking spaces (at extra cost) accessible from the hotel. All in all we had a very nice stay at this hotel! The sleeper couch for our young adults was not as comfortable as we had hoped for (but still acceptable). Other than this everything was great!
